[ANNOUNCE] [AFPA][ADMIN] afpa mailing list discontinued

Hi,
We've decided to discontinue the AFPA mailing list in its current form.
The newsgroup will naturally continue for as long as it is needed.
Firstly, the system hosting it is being decommissioned, so we would need
to find a new host system.
Secondly, you may have noticed that it hasn't actually been working
properly for some time. It has been broken on and off for some months.
If there's enough requests for the list to continue, I'll find somewhere
new to host it.
I'd like to say thanks to you all for wanting the service over the
years, and also to Colm for hosting it for so long.
