SPOILER ALERT: There are specific plot details about PRWF in this news release.
However, no ranger names or actor names are included. If you don't wanna know,
leave this post now!!! ;-)

(However, they're wrong in saying it's a 10-YEAR
anniversary. It's more like a 10-"season" anniversary. 3 MMPR, Zeo, Turbo,
Space, Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed, Time Force and now Wild Force. Plus, if you
count MMAR as a seperate season and not the tail part of MMPR, it's
11!)

Fox Kids
Launches 10th Anniversary Season with "POWER RANGERS WILD FORCE" (2/9/02)

Blast
into the future and celebrate the 10-year anniversary of the Power Rangers
franchise with the launch of POWER RANGERS WILD FORCE Saturday, Feb. 9
(8:30-9:00 AM/ET) on Fox Kids.

In this latest incarnation of the legendary
Power Rangers, the ancient Power Animals of Animarium choose five young humans
to fight the unnatural, soulless monsters known as the Orgs with wisdom, courage
and the powers of their animal Zords: lion, eagle, shark, bison and tiger.

With
the assistance of Shayla, the ageless seer and princess of Animarium, the Wild
Force Rangers must find and defeat each Org as soon as it awakens, and before
Jindrax and Toxica, the Duke and Duchess of the Orgs, can form an army and free
their dark Master.

POWER RANGERS WILD FORCE is produced by Saban
Entertainment.

Fox Kids is the action and adventure destination for kids, with
four hours of Saturday morning programming. Since its debut in 1990, Fox Kids

among broadcast competition with Kids 2-11, Kids 6-11, Boys 2-11 and Boys
6-11.

Animarium sounds cool.

They're keepin' the virgin priestess? Don't mind the name, either. Shayla has a
nice ring to it. I also like the name Toxica.

This sounds VERY cool. Much better than the Captin Planet sound we were
getting from the toys. And to be honest, it sounds like an Anime summery.
Which is also cool. :)

Whoo hoo...looks like a virgin princess instead of a virgin priestess.

That bit about their dark Master...sounds like rehashed Queen
Bansheera...

That's not all they're keeping it seems...if these are the names and plot they
use and don't change things like it sometimes happens it seems they are keeping
quite a bit of GaoRanger's ideas/names:

Animalium was what was used in GaoRanger
The villians were also known as Orgs in GaoRanger
Dukes and Duchess were used for the villians throught out the series
The toxic/pollution theme

Based on how much of TimeRanger's plot they used last year, this isn't very
surprising. Hopfully this means we're in for another good year.

Wanna hear something even funnier....in the Japanese language there is no letter
"L". The Japanese "R" is the closest and this is why you might hear rabu for the
English word, love. The sound "b" also replaces the English sound for "v".
When a word is written in Romanji[roman letters] the letter "R" replaces the
letter "L". In other words "Animalium" was actually written as "Animarium" in
Romanji. I'm wondering if the people at Fox Kids aren't just using the Romanji
wording from some of GaoRanger's material that might be changed later on for the
series by the PR Production team like we had with Ransik/Morbis. ^_^
