According to a Feb. 28 Reuters news story, LAPD
Detective Tom Nolan also saw the bloody fingerprint on the
back gate at Nicole Brown Simpson's home. Like Mark
Fuhrman and Brad Roberts, he assumed the fingerprint
was collected and was surprised that it was never
presented as evidence.
Nolan says,"It appeared to be a clear print in blood.
It looked like a retrievable piece of evidence ..."

Had it BEEN O.J.'s it would have been presented at trial, but since it
wasn't O.J.'s they had to dismiss the thought. The defense asked over and
over for discovery of this fingerprint throughout the pretrial and early
trial, and gee, the prosecution kept saying, there is no bloody
fingerprint. Must not have been O.J.'s

Hey, I think it would be interesting to see you try to construct
an argument to lend a little support to that last statement.
I hope you aren't stupid enough to think you actually did so.
All of the evidence that those bumbling fools managed not to fuck up tells
the same story: O.J. Simpson is the murderer, just as his son says.
Since there was obviously only one survivor at Bundy that night and it was
clearly Simpson, it shouldn't strain even a pro-j's mind to see that the
print was almost certainly his. The only other remote possibility is that
it was done by one of those bumbling cops.
I'm glad you people keep this up. I know you can't possibly seriously
believe Simpson didn't do it. This would be a boring newsgroup if we
didn't have people like you who are willing to pretend to be that stupid.

As has been stated by many, it wouldn' have mattered if there was a video
of Simpson committing these brutal murders - the jurors would still have
found him NOT GUILTY and the Pro-J's would still have come up with all
type of conspirarcy and framing excuses imaginable. Molly

cockamamie theory about frameups, conspiracies and the like
were just plain old ordinary, everyday sloppiness!
