WTF! Hill house!

This pisses me off! We have been more than patien, sent our money and
now....argh!!

Dear Ingrid Rimmereide:

It is our understanding that you have ordered and paid for a copy of the
limited edition of Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman from Hill House Publishers.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Hill House will not be
producing this limited edition. However, William Morrow is currently making
plans to take over the production of this limited edition, as well as a
companion volume, The Neverwhere Files.

We thank you for your patience, and will be in touch again soon as we move
forward with this exciting project.
