GSK secret contract binds Government to SILENCE !

Dear all,
I am a Swedish general practioner working in Belgium, and quite
involved in this issue, as together with three citizens and another GP
we advised the Belgian Government last Friday in court that this is a
disguised pharmaceutical trial on human subjects, with real risks
involved.
I put in two comments on the story (see below), that are quite
relevant in the context that the Swedish Newspapers have seemingly
stopped reporting the intermediary results of this disguised
pharmaceutical trial.

maker of PandemRix, that is used in Sweden, passed a secret contract,
the same in every European country, which specified a "Green List" of
what the government MAY communicate (hardly anything!) and the "Red
List" of what may absolutely NOT be made public, like intermediary
results of the side effects that appear in the studies of the
controversial squalene (and thiomersal) adjuvantated PandemRix until
they have been sanitized by Glaxo Smith Kline researchers, and
published by GSK themselves.
These contracts also confirm what was announced in Sweden in October,
that these pandemic vaccines where actually ordered already back in
2006: there was a standing order to foresee a vaccination for large
parts of the population IF the WHO would declare a PANDEMIC of degree
6. When the "New-Type" A/H1N1 appeared, and it started spreading to
other continents, the WHO changed their definition of grade 6 pandemic
by dropping the criteria that it should be highly deadly. Thus, the
government discovered that it�s signed standing orders were passed
simply to combat a new (designer!) strain of flu that may or may not
become more or less lethal than the common Influenza A or B flu.
This has allowed GSK to do a large scale tolerance experiment of their
specialy formulated AVIAN-flu vaccine "Pre-PandRix" paid for by the
governments, where doctors are recruited for a large scale
pharmaco-vigilance study, without being paid as researchers, and
patients receive government propaganda to sign up "to protect the weak
in our society", while de facto subjecting themselves to be guinea
pigs in this "H1N1-dry-run" study for the future benefit of
registering GSK's AVIAN flu vaccine "Pre-PandRix".

When re-reading my post, I realize that some may become confused about
Pre-PandRix or PandemRix.
Pre-PandRix received a temporary and conditional Market Authorization
back in 2008 to combat H5N1 bird-flu which is indeed highly deadly, if
it should become transmissible to humans. The condition was (1)
presence of a grade 6 pandemic, and (2) a bi-weekly intensive post
market release farmaco-vigilance study of the side effects, as they
appear. When the H1N1 level 6 pandemic was declared, (thanks to an
arbitrary decision to drop the criteria of high mortality rate) GSK
saw a window of opportunity to use its current adjuvans formulation
that was designed for the very high risk bird-flu vaccine (which does
not work without a heavy duty adjuvans)to mix with the split-virus
H1N1 antigen (which is not a highly deadly virus, and does NOT need
adjuvans to be effective: just a double dose of antigen is
sufficient). This is how the very clumsily formulated "PandemRix" was
born, complete with the identical two component military style 10 dose
formulation bottles containing a zest of thiomersal, which increases
its toxicity, and makes an "in tempore" mixing with the squalene
emulsion necessary. It must be thrown away 12 hours within mixing;
otherwise it becomes even more toxic. Even though thiomersal is a
considered a neuro-toxin of the past in European countries, and
squalene has never been tried out on children, pregnant women, or
people suffering from diverse (auto-immune) diseases, the EMEA granted
the same conditional market authorization for the formulation against
the benign H1N1 (which does not require adjutants or thiomersal) as it
had done for the much more dangerous pandemic situation of a bird-flu.
The untested vaccines themselves, whether PandemRix or Pre-PandRix,
are potentially just as dangerous - time will tell us, thanks to the
volunteers who were willing to try out this experimental vaccine. If

made this quick translation of THE RED LIST.
In the German documentary shown on ARTE it was said that GSK was
relentless in pushing the identical contract through in each Eauropean
country that had signed up (in 2006!) for it's "pandemic" vaccine. We
can therefore conclude that the Swedish contract has a +/- identical
RED LIST:

The following information concerning the transaction cited in this
document are subject to confidentiality :
a) All of the text of this document and its annexes, with the
exception of the element listed in the �GREEN LIST, paragraph 1.2.
b) The price per dose.
c) The price per component.
d) The characteristics of the vaccine (as opposed to the standard
description �The new adjuvented H1N1 vaccine.�
e) Any detail or reference to the agreements of GSK and a third party.
f) Any detail concerning the development plan, including the
intermediary or final results of the clinical trials, before thee have

After posting that, which I do find of concern, as it is limiting the
flow of medical information that needs to be able to react on fast and
objective information, I would like to temper the outrae and anger I
percieve in the remarks above, by saying that indeed, there is a
clause alowing "the guarantee that this clause does not interfere with
the rights and obligations of the local competent authorities in
conducting their legal obligations."
Every country has a local competent authority that collects medical
drug safety data, and farmacovigilance reports. These are discussed in
commitees, which have authority to take descisions, even before
passing the raw daa through to the EMEA and to the GSK PandemRix
research team. We have thus a few guardians up against abuse. What I
find is revolting is pushing this adjuvanted experimental vaccine unto
pregnant women, and small children on a massive scale, knowing that it
is certainly NOT a safe or optimal choice of constituants in the
vaccine,but hoping to get an all clear for the identical constituents
of the Pre-PandRix which it seems does need to be formulated in this
unfortunate way.
We want the doctors and the public to be aware of the risks involved.
We do not believe this is a "depopulation" project, but more a
demonstration of how BigPharma can tread lightly on risks in human
experimentation, when Billion dollar contracts are in the game. The
long term side effects of vaccines adjuvented in squalene together
with thimersal are to my kowledge not documented. Had one really
wanted to document them, one would have made this current H1N1
vaccination trial as a Placebo Controled Trial.
In its curent design, I believe we will only learn, gradually, a list
of long term side effects possibly associated with squalene and
thiomersal containing flu-vaccines. It is not good science!

I'm a Disability-Rights activist, and I do follow what's going on in
bioethics and Civil Rights.
To the poster who suggested that the lawsuits filed are hitting
dead-ends, I witnessed that in the Terri Schiavo case.
Right now, as far as authority, I don't recognize any authority of the

We never gave them the power to make themselves above the laws they

The armed forces are said to have carried out "war games" in which
nuclear missiles were fired and troops practised an amphibious landing
on the country's coast.
Documents obtained by Wprost, one of Poland's leading news magazines,
said the exercise was carried out in conjunction with soldiers from
Belarus.
The manoeuvres are thought to have been held in September and involved
about 13,000 Russian and Belarusian troops.
Poland, which has strained relations with both countries, was cast as
the "potential aggressor".
The documents state the exercises, code-named "West", were officially
classified as "defensive" but many of the operations appeared to have
an offensive nature.
The Russian air force practised using weapons from its nuclear
arsenal, while in the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad, which neighbours
Poland, Red Army forces stormed a "Polish" beach and attacked a gas
pipeline.
The operation also involved the simulated suppression of an uprising
by a national minority in Belarus � the country has a significant
Polish population which has a strained relationship with authoritarian
government of Belarus.
Karol Karski, an MP from Poland's Law and Justice, is to table
parliamentary questions on Russia's war games and has protested to the
European Commission.
His colleague, Marek Opiola MP, said: "It's an attempt to put us in
our place. Don't forget all this happened on the 70th anniversary of
the Soviet invasion of Poland."
Ordinary Poles were outraged by news of the exercise and demanded a
firm response fro the government.
One man, identified only as Ted, told Polskie Radio: "Russia has laid
bare its real intentions with respect to Poland. Every Pole most now
get of the off the fence and be counted as a patriot or a traitor."
Donald Tusk, Poland's prime minister, has tried to build a pragmatic
relationship with the Kremlin despite widespread and vocal calls in
Poland for him to cool ties with Moscow.
After spending 40 years under Soviet domination few in Poland trust
Russia, and many Poles have become increasingly wary of a country they
consider as possessing a neo-imperialistic agenda.
Bogdan Klich, Poland�s defence minister, said: �It is a demonstration
of strength. We are monitoring the exercises to see what has been
planned.
Wladyslaw Stasiak, chief of President Lech Kaczynski�s office, and a
former head of Poland�s National Security Council, added: �We didn�t
like the appearance of the exercises and the name harked back to the
days of the Warsaw Pact.�
The Russian troop exercises will come as an unwelcome sight to the
states nestling on Russia�s western border who have deep-rooted
anxieties over any Russian show of strength.
With a resurgent Moscow now more willing to flex its muscles, Central
and Eastern Europeans have warned of Russia adopting a
neo-imperialistic attitude to an area of the world it still regards as
its sphere of influence.
In July, the region�s most famed and influential political figures,
including Lech Walesa and Vaclav Havel, wrote an open letter Barack
Obama warning him that Russia �is back as a revisionist power pursuing
a 19th-century agenda with 21st-century tactics and methods.�
Moscow and Minsk have insisted that Operation West was to help "ensure
the strategic stability in the East European region".

standards to which physicians must conform when carrying out

requirements, this document enunciates the requirement of voluntary
informed consent of the human subject. The principle of voluntary
informed consent protects the right of the individual to control his
own body.
This code also recognizes that the risk must be weighed against the
expected benefit, and that unnecessary pain and suffering must be
avoided.
This code recognizes that doctors should avoid actions that injure
human patients.
The principles established by this code for medical practice now have
been extened into general codes of medical ethics.

Permissible Medical Experiments
The great weight of the evidence before us to effect that certain
types of medical experiments on human beings, when kept within
reasonably well-defined bounds, conform to the ethics of the medical
profession generally. The protagonists of the practice of human
experimentation justify their views on the basis that such experiments
yield results for the good of society that are unprocurable by other
methods or means of study. All agree, however, that certain basic
principles must be observed in order to satisfy moral, ethical and
legal concepts:
The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential.
This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give
consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of
choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud,
deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or
coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of
the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make
an understanding and enlightened decision. This latter element
requires that before the acceptance of an affirmative decision by the

The duty and responsibility for ascertaining the quality of the
consent rests upon each individual who initiates, directs, or engages

The experiment should be such as to yield fruitful results for the
good of society, unprocurable by other methods or means of study, and
not random and unnecessary in nature.
The experiment should be so designed and based on the results of
animal experimentation and a knowledge of the natural history of the
disease or other problem under study that the anticipated results
justify the performance of the experiment.
The experiment should be so conducted as to avoid all unnecessary

No experiment should be conducted where there is an a priori reason to

During the course of the experiment the human subject should be at
liberty to bring the experiment to an end if he has reached the
physical or mental state where continuation of the experiment seems to

During the course of the experiment the scientist in charge must be
prepared to terminate the experiment at any stage, if he has probable
cause to believe, in the exercise of the good faith, superior skill
and careful judgment required of him, that a continuation of the

A Time of Transformation..for Good

We are in a time of transformation for the good and benefit of all
life. I believe this transformation will lead to a healing of
ourselves and the planet as a whole. It is a healing process similar
to what we do when we undergo a detox.
We have taken the first step in acknowledging the truth. It has been
difficult for those of us who have faced the truth. We have been
rejected by many as crazy, but we have been merely reporting on the
actions of those who are crazy, psychopathic personalities who are
deceived by their own thinking that they are illuminati, but really
dark as dark can be. We know they are dark because there is no
evidence of love in their plans. None.
First Step. We have become aware, have admitted the truth of what is
not working and are open and willing to adopt new ways. We are
choosing to change our beliefs and habits to more healty,
life-supporting, constructive ways of being and living.
We will utilze the plans the elite have, but for our benefit instead.
We will take everything they have thrown at us to destroy us and turn
it around to make it into something positive for our good and the
benefit of humanity.
I noticed in this video that when there is no money, no jobs, homes
taken, people stop being themselves. It is only because of the belief
in money, someone else's idea that these sheets of paper have power,
that without them we cannot have what we need to live. This is all by
belief in someone else's belief system. We can change it and develop
our own belief, one that is more humane and acknowledges the abundance
we have on this planet and within our own selves to create, to
contribute, to give, to share...freely. I truly mean FREE. No monetary
system.
The elite have used this system. We have bought into it. It has become
so complicated that the average worker does not even understand what
is happening, yet it can take our wealth away, all that we have worked
for in one fell swoop. The rules of their game have not been set up
for the benefit of the masses, only for a few. Who wants to play that
game any longer, knowing we are on the losing side of it every time
thorughout history? It has lead to the death of millions of people and
does espeically in under-developed countries all the time. Until now,
we have never been able to solve this problem. Because the elite so
value money, control, power over others, they cannot and will not ever
solve this problem with money and their position. Without a monetary
system, and without our acceptance of a new one, be it RFID or
whatever, when we all agree to give freely, we would eliminate poverty
and the elite at the same time!
We also would not be raping the earth for profit, because there would
be no profit. We would not be making things just to make them (to end
up in landfills as garbage) or providing services for profit that are
only for the corporations, not valued services. We would produce only
what we need. You see the moneychangers and profit are the cause of
the reduction in valuable resources, not humanity (as in their idea of
eugenics).
We would make things of value and quality. No need to make cheep
products just for profit that break and endlessly need to be replaced.
This saves our natural resources. This respects and honors the earth
and our environment.
And as far as our medical care, we can see that big pharma is
everywhere -- in our food, our air, our water, the meds they want to
push on us. By our own choices, we can eliminate big pharma. If you
have been harmed by meds in the past, sue them. Drain their bank
accounts so they can produce no more toxins. By our own choices, push
back aggressive governments that put chemicals in our food, use GMO
products, and guard your water systems. Opt to educate yourself on
natural means to boost your own natural immune system, seek natural
health care providers, empower their services instead of traditional
that come from Rockefeller foundations and medical schools!
I could go on and on. There are ways to turn this around. We need to
imagine our own vision, a bright vision for our future and then work
towards that. Eventually the elite will recede in this war of our
minds. They have no valuable skills. Nothing they do works for the
masses. They are inept. Take back our power, acknowledge our
individual power and creativity to create a better future for
ourselves. We are not inhibited by the belief that we must have profit
to produce good in the world. With all the skills and abilities we
possess, with all of the love we have in our hearts for our families,
humanity, the earth, we are the ones who can make this happen. We are
the ones who know. We are the light.
P.S. There are appropriate times for the use of tradtional medicine,
but they have overstepped their bounds by the pressures of big pharma
into drugging society. We do need to detox and change our ways of
thinking about our own natural immune system and utilize herbs and
those things which are meant and designed to be in the body for our
health and well-being.
We will create a better world out of this mess we are in. We will. We
will discover a lot of things about ourselves, espeically how we have
been gimmicked and duped into giving our personal power and minds
away. We must stop that and think for ourselves now. We have no good
leaders. We are our own leader. All of them have fallen under the
spell of money power and control over others. They need to get
constructive skills and learn self-control instead. We need to follow
our intutition, our own creative ideas and make this world a better
place for all of us. Think new thoughts, in new ways. Challenge the
old beliefs. Realize how many beliefs we simply agree to that can be
changed into something that serves us well. We love each other, I know
we do. We love our families and this earth. I know we do. We can
achieve what our minds can conceive. Our imagination is the preview of
comming attractions. Imagine the best for ourselves! The best...and go
beyond even what you think is the best. Thre are no limitations. Only
by your beliefs do you limit yourself. Go ahead, dream, imagine and
believe.

I'm getting more and more fascinated, informed and appalled by what
I'm starting to see is the Octopus-like nature of the interlocking
evil which connects governments, the global elite who control them,
and the major global corporations they use to exploit, attack, or
impoverish us to their own profit.
I've just finished reading...

...and I have some serious questions.
* How can someone have been warning of the coming Kosovo War up to
three years before it occurred, with this final and detailed warning
one year before it occurred, if there is no concerted secretive
'global elite' working together against targeted populations and
targeted countries?
* Why did the media bombard us with stories at the time that the Serbs
were 'evil' and that this was a 'good war'?
* Why were we never told about the huge gold and lead mines in Kosovo
that the elite evidently wanted to get their hands on via the
application of force by NATO?
* Why were we never told of the criminal nature and activities of the
Kosovo Liberation Army, that it had been trained and equipped by the
CIA and the German BND, and that it was financed by drug money?
* Why were we never told that the wat was really about a pipeline
route for the elite to profit from Caspian oil deposits?
These are just some of my questions.
You can see for yourself how they are related to the global 'pandemic'
scare and to the allegations in the Ukraine of the use of weaponized
'pneumonic plague' against its population.
First they break up Yugoslavia for profit...then they attack the
Ukraine for profit?

Yes, indeed!
