SCARY Spice Mel B's new autobiography is one of the most searingly honest
books ever written by a pop star. The 27-year-old singer admits she was
"rampant" and used men for sex. If they couldn't satisfy her they were cast
aside.

'Catch A Fire', abridged here by Jules Stenson, also reveals her adventures
with an older man, the night she and Baby Spice teased Max Beesley with the
offer of a threesome...and how she jammed a door shut to stop one lover's
mother catching them in the act.

This is Mel B in her own words...

IF I was to tell you how many people I've slept with, you'd probably say:
"Oh my God, that is digusting, you tart."

My attitude was: "Unless you give me orgasm after orgasm, then forget it."

I lost my virginity to a smooth-talking guy from Huddersfield on a beanbag
in my bedroom. "You're not a virgin," he challenged when I told him that I'd
never had sex.

"I am!" I replied. "I'll prove it to you if you want. Have sex with me and
then you'll see it's true."

One of my friends had described the first time she had sex as a hugely
symbolic moment. "I lay there and watched my virginity fly out of the
window." she said. In my own little fantasy I lay there and imagined a
similar scenario. Apart from that I felt nothing, absolutely nothing.

I was with a guy who had been lying to me about virtually everything. Not
only did he already have a kid but he'd also got someone else pregnant while
seeing me.

My first real love was Stephen, a reserve footballer for Leeds United. We
were rampant and had sex all over the place-from the back of the late night
bus to a market stall at midnight, with a little old tramp watching us. Once
we did it on the kitchen table while my mum was in the front room.

I remember one time in Stephen's bedroom when we were on the floor and I was
on top of him. His mother stomped upstairs and tried to get in the room so I
slammed my hands against the door and held it shut. We carried on as before.
We didn't care.

Nudist

I split with Stephen and moved to Blackpool to do a variety show at the
Grand Theatre.

During the show at the Grand one night I noticed a man in the audience who
wouldn't stop staring at me. It was a buzz. He was an older man, with a
high-powered air about him.

I got introduced to him after the show and we went for a drink.

In the middle of a perfectly normal conversation, I said: "I've never had
sex with somebody over 40. I'd like to try it because I've heard that the
older the man, the better the sex is."

We went back to mine and got down to it. And it wasn't long before he was
saying: "Come on, baby, come, baby!" He must have said it 50 times. I think
I chose the wrong older man. I should have asked for references first.

After that I started seeing Fjoljnir Porgeirsson from Iceland, who I also
met in Blackpool. I totally fell for him but then he went back to Iceland.
We had a very passionate relationship.

Then I went out with a guy who owned a restaurant in Marlow, Bucks.

It didn't last. One of the most memorable things was that we sha**ed on the
table in his restaurant.

Just after the Spice Girls signed our first big recording contract with
Virgin, we flew to Hawaii for a holiday.Walking on the nudist beach one
morning, I stopped to watch a guy climb nimbly up a palm tree, pick some
coconuts and shimmy down again. His name was Nalu.

Vicky (Posh Spice) wasn't impressed. "I saw him pooing on the beach and
washing himself in the sea afterwards," she told me. "It's disgusting."

I ended up getting off with Nalu for nights on end.

After the Spice Girls had found success, Fjol came back into my life. We had
wicked sex.

Then, in late 1997, I met Max Beesley for the first time in New York. He was
studying acting with his mate Jason Orange of Take That.

I arranged for Max and Jason to come over to our hotel, the Four Seasons.
Even though I was dating Fjol at the time, Max and Jason eventually ended up
in my room with me and Emma Bunton. We ordered two bottles of Dom Perignon
champagne, strawberries and cream. Jason started feeding strawberries and
cream to Emma in a very jokey way.

Max and me started dancing, then Emma came up to join us in a bit of a
'sandwich' vibe. Time for a wind-up!

We turned round to Max and said: "Do you want both of us or what?" Max
thought we were serious! "No, I don't think I could do that," he said.

Threesome

Later he told me he'd turned us down because he didn't want to spoil his
long-term chances with me.

To this day, he still believes that me and Emma would have had a threesome
with him.

Sex had never been a problem for me before I met my future husband Jimmy
Gulzar, a dancer with the Spice Girls. I got together with him when we were
on tour in America.

We didn't have sex together for a long time and, to be honest, I can't
remember where or when the first time was. The only full-on sex I can
remember us having while on tour was round the back, behind the stage, where
the tour buses were parked. Oh, and also in one of the bottom bunks on the
tour bus one night.

Jimmy was the opposite of everything I'd known. We'd have sex and that was
it. Just sex.

I left him just before Christmas 1999. I went on holiday to Thailand in the
New Year and when I got back I started dating Max.

In April this year Max moved to LA to pursue his career and I was on my own.
I wish him all the luck in the world.

Are you Spice fans really buying this shit??

Its just confirming what we already knew , that she was just an old slapper
who got lucky.

Probably gives a clue as to how she got through the auditions......

Does anyone find it sad that she seems willing to sell anything to make
money?

Desperate sad woman...
