Hey,
a couple of years ago Sean Penn was on the Late Show and he told
Letterman some
funny story about Jack Nicholson. The story was quite funny but I forget
it, although
I tortured my brains for a couple of days to remember it. I can give you
a general
description of the story, very lame, and maybe you can tell it properly.
It was about
Jack Nicholson going to some bar and some woman coming to him (or he to
her) and
saying something like "do I know yo?" (or "are you Jack Nicholson?" or
"do you
want to dance?" or something) and he (or she) answered something really
smart
alecky that was a sexual innuendo (or a sexual pun). I think there was
also a cat
involved in the story?
Now! For extra points, the way Seann Penn told the story was really lame
and Dave
made fun of him really badly when Penn told some story about Madonna and
Dave
made him that very same remark (or something really close).

Penn said that when he and Nicholson were in a bar a woman came up to ham
and said "do you want to dance?" and Nicholson responded "wrong verb".
Later in the segment letterman asked Penn about Madonna. Penn responded
by saying that he "never met the woman" to which Letterman responded
"wrong verb"
That is basically the story.
