NYE 1999 Concert

Hi M fans,

Is there any way for all of us to convince Madonna to perform live in 1999,
perhaps on New Year's Eve? I once wrote this request to her from a website (
I forgot which M fan site), asking her to come to Sydney for Dec 31 '99 and
do a show as grest as the Girlie Show which was filmed there.

Today I got my answer in the mail. An advertising brochure arrived promoting
tickets to a Michael Jackson concert in Sydney on Dec 31 1999. Yuk! Now I
know I'll never see M perform this century!

Please Maddy do it for us somewhere before 2000!

Do we have to start a pettition or something?

Madonna hasn't led on to anything special she has planned for NYE 1999.
Hopefully she'll do SOMETHING - i can't imagine that her Grammy performance
would be the last live thing she does for this century.

I wish we COULD petition and let her know what we (her fans) would like to see
from her, but I highly doubt she would care. I can't imagine her listening to
us and following what we want her to do. If that were the case, this year we
would have had a new album from her and she'd be on tour right now. Like most
things in life, no matter how often you request something, it never comes into
fruition.

But hey, I'll come down and visit Sydney instead of Madonna! I've never
been...
