Does anyone know what happened to this fabulous site? It hadn't been
updated in a year, and simply disappeared. Supposedly its webmaster was
in the process of moving....it was probably the most comprehensive
collection of Macross mecha pics and information. It had EVERYTHING.

Anyone have any idea what happened to it, or if it is up elsewhere?

Dave Deitrich's Macross Mecha Desigs
http://www.steelfalcon.com/macrossmecha.html

It hasn't been updated, but it still exists.

If you have any Macross mecha-related questions you are welcome to consult
my site, the New Macross Mechanical Archives (NMMA). You can make an
Info-Request (See http://www.nmma.fini.net/services/info-request/ ) or
consult the resources that are currently available (See
http://www.nmma.fini.net/resources/). While still under construction, you
can still recieve more accurate and official information on the mecha of
Macross than that which is currently available at Deitrich's RPG site. If
you would like to be informed about updates to NMMA please join the Update
ML (See http://www.nmma.fini.net/services/ml/). Macross Mecha Designs does
contain incorrect and fan-fic material which does not accurately describe
Macross mecha. (See http://www.nmma.fini.net/purpose.html) It is my hope
that NMMA will eventually surpass all current sites and will become the most
comprensive mechanical information resource that will be true to Macross. It
is backed by a large collection of official sources (See
http://www.nmma.fini.net/resources/ref.html). I hope this helps.
