Need your HELP! Opinions wanted: Frames or not?

Hi,

I was working on my homepage for 6 days now. The result: Kublia's Pride
Lands use frames now, new background and title graphics. The biggest
improvement is the frame. You can easily navigate through my homepage
now, since you have all links to subpages easily handy. The links
Pictures, Art Gallery, Music, Fan Fiction and TLK Links have submenus
that pop up if you click on them. 'Close' closes all actually popped
up submenus, 'Home' brings you back to the main page.

Please tell me if you prefer those frame(s) to the old links, and
if you use a not frame capable browser. All comments welcome!

At the moment I think it's not necessary to support frames anymore,
since frame capable browsers are available for virtually all platforms
like Un*x, Linux, BSD, Mac, Amiga, PC and so on. I have tested my
page with NS 2.02, 3.01, 3.04 and MSIEX 3.02r and it works fine with me.
