Did they blur her mouth so nobody could lip read what she was saying?

I didn't notice. I don't think so.
Yes, for her and him.
well they both said F@ck,so what did you expect?

Next up, the PTC and FCC will begin pressuring Sesame Street to go back
through their episodes and remove all segments brought to you by the letter
'F'.

And parents and teachers will start referring to it obliquely as "the Eff

And this is only a couple of weeks after an episode of Gossip Girl had
Leighton Meester saying, "Oh My Effing God!" Yes, "Effing," not
"Fucking," but nevertheless, unbleeped. On a show in prime time. That
younger viewers watch. On a network co-owned by CBS.
Fucking double standards.

LORELAI: I am so done with plans. I am never, ever making one again.
It never works. I spend the day obsessing over why it didn't work
and what I could've done differently. I'm analyzing all my shortcomings
when all I really need to be doing is vowing to never, ever make a plan
ever again, which I'm doing now, having once again been the innocent
victim of my own stupid plans. God, I need some coffee.

I don't think that there is any 'double standard' here. The letter 'F'
never needs to be bleeped. I have a hunch that on a comedy show (Late Late
Show), the letter 'F' was bleeped for its humorous effects.

Oh good. I would hate to hear fact checker bleeped.
The late night talk shows on all three networks are relentlessly
bleeped for everything even remotely possibly offensive to the Bible
Belt (except that, IIRC, they can say "penis" now). So I doubt the
bleeping was a joke.
Where's George Carlin when we need him to write the "7 Letters You Can't
Say on Television"? Actually, I guess it would be only 6 letters,
because two of the words start with C.

Ferguson does frequently make jokes about trying to get around the
censor. But this seems a bit too subtle for him, especially if he
didn't actually say anything about it. If it had been intended as a
joke, I'd expect him to make some reference to it during "What Did We
Learn On the Show Tonight, Craig". I haven't yet watched this episode,
but I'm assuming he didn't or someone would already have pointed it out.
I hope so. Think of the children!
