So I'm catching up on shows on my DVR Michael Bublé is promoting his
latest release, Crazy Love. Paul plays for his intro music is "Shame" by
Evelyn "Champagne" King. Does anyone get the connection?

Thanks, and have great weekend!

Not knowing anything but what you just wrote, I see a connection
between Evelyn "Champagne" King and Michael Buble.

champagne = bubbly

Rod, turn on the heat. I can't be comfortable knowing you're freezing.

Freezing's good for you...takes the edge right off my sleep apnea....r

In that case, r, I'll keep my bedroom window wide open tonight. The
weather tomorrow in Florida (in my neck of the woods) is supposed to
be (surprise!) miserable. It should be a pretty cold night. Do you
really suffer from sleep apnea? Btw, I'm so used to "filting" by now,
I don't even notice I'm doing it!

Now that I've turned the thermostat down, I don't suffer from it...I probably
still do it, but I haven't awakened in the middle of the night gasping for
breath in a couple of years now....

Opening the window isn't going to help around here; it's supposed to get into
the lower 50s tonight, but of course that's not until right before dawn...plus
you get all the pollen, all the street noise, all the damn woodpeckers....r

I know leaving the window open isn't good for allergy sufferers, and I
am one, but I'm happy to learn that the cold can minimize sleep apnea,
since I have a good friend who suffers from it and I can tell him. I'm
glad your case has improved.

Evelyn King's actual nickname was "Bubbles." Her record company
changed it to "Champagne" because they thought it sounded classier.

And it freed up the "Bubbles" nickname for Beverly Sills....r
