This may sound like a silly question but I would like to know who does
your make up before you appear on TV? How do you apply your make up or
what is the appropriate make up for TV so one's skin does not look too
pale and able to hide one's skin imperfections?
Pls. advise.
I have someone professionally do my make-up for television appearances.

Good. I think they do a wonderful job! If you can teach me how
they/yourself do your eyebrows it be much appreciated.

Go to kevynaucoin.com. There's a section on doing perfect eyebrows.
Do you have a regular make-up artist for TV appearances or anyone from
the studio you visit or must be from Avon? =)
I met some Avon ladies who did your make-up for TPOS and they kept on
praising you. They said you're a very nice person daw. I said, "Of
course! Si Lea yun eh!" (Of course, it's Lea!)

Amazing! How did you learn about this site?
I wish I could have thinner brows. But my mom shaped it when I was a
baby. Fortunately, it's like I did the tweezing.

Someone I hire... not from Avon or a TV studio.
Thanks-

do you do your eyebrows yourself or you let this professional person do it???
also, is tv make up usually more heavy than one's day-to-day make up?
have a happy thanksgiving? what are you doing or what did you do?
A few, actually... mascara, blush, and either lipstick or gloss, depending
on how I feel. A good base powder also helps, and concealer.
> do you do your eyebrows yourself or you let this professional person do it???
Only when I have to... otherwise, the make-up artists hired for the job does
my brows for me.
> also, is tv make up usually more heavy than one's day-to-day make up?
Oh yeah... sometimes, it's even airbrushed onto my face.

Eat.
Really? Me, too.
LOL. Before that, I played Animal Crossing until my brother and cousin
kicked me out. Then I ate, took pictures, and watched NBC. Hehe...Brad Pitt
on Friends repeat. ;)

Her mom is a great cook. We had a yummy turkey with all the sides and 3
different kinds of pie for dessert. We sat at the table catching up on the
latest while her parents humored us with little jokes at each other.
Today i'm recovering from it and going over there again for a post holiday
gathering. It was a nice relaxing holiday.

P.S. in case anyone needs, i have a supply of nodoze at work ;o)

Aaww.....glad to hear that, Mimi. Always nice to hear when people relax. Makes
me feel relaxed, too. :)

Eating? That's new to me. What a concept.

Ooohh......I want to try that game. How is it? Good? Bad? I need an opinion
before I go to Blockbuster. hehe ;) Thanks. They have a special there for a
limited time only--rent 3 videos or 2 games for $8.99. Gotta take advantage of
that.
~Mich~
It's cool. I play almost everyday. It's a real-time game. You enter the
date and time in the beginning. All holidays and festivals follow the
calendar.
Different characters live in different towns, and they have character
vendors that go from town to town, and other cool stuff. You name your own
character and village....you need a memory card to play.

There are a couple in Manila that I work with quite often, Jingky Ilusorio
(he's an independent make-up artist, not with any salon) and Juan Sarte
(from Propaganda).
Yah....you ate....I swam with stingrays....and then I ate.
~Jess~
Theatre is life. Cinema is art. Television is furniture.
How are stingrays to taste, did you eat them with all the trimings, and how
do you fit them in the oven, did you have to fold it up once or twice?
Eat them? I could barely even get in the water with them. They look like they
should either be flying...or on another planet...
Wow Propaganda! They're one of the expensive salons here in Manila and
the people are all great and always recommended!
Btw, have you thought of having a new hairstyle? I mean, a short one?
Or you'd always wanted it long and straight so it would be manageable
for different hairstyles?
