Suggestions vary from fitting an electric vacuum pump to using one from

an early Peugeot diesel engine. The electric one should be the easiest
to fit.

there are alternators wth vacuum pumps piggybacked onto them. The transit
TDi among others used these. Might not drive so well from a single V belt
though.
