...Or Landmarky-type ~creating your own reality,~ which has brought low the prevaricators of the Republican Party, who might actually have to do a day's work to earn their next meal. Hmmm....Where did they learn this? From the closed-club of rich-'n'-privileged whom Werner Erhard hopes to cultivate for his "legacy" of phony-baloney ~integrity~ or from the old gas-bag himself? Is it any big mystery that those who aspire to the top of the pyramid (scheme) might cleave to the message of Werner Erhard-type cracked-pot logic where Ayn Rand rules the roost and the wealthy don't have to feel bad about the kleptocracy or hoarding their vast wealth while the "moochers" starve in the streets...

http://www.salon.com/2012/11/17/conservatives_crisis_of_confidence/

"...Clearly, the only explanation for all this delusion is that conservative media and campaign consultants, steeped in years of confidently lying about everything from global warming to the causes of the deficit, got a little too bold about their ability to create their own realities. The only question is whether conservatives will learn their lesson and exhibit more skepticism about their self-selected news media in the future."

Any likelihood of that happening?

Nahhhh. They breathe too many of their own fumes.

Oh, oh...

Didn't you get the memo?

At Landmark, and according to Werner Erhard, you get to ~create your own reality,~ and do it with -- guess what? -- words! Yep, words. And whatever you SAY is ~true~ is ~true for you.~ Get it? You're god of your own planet, where YOU are in charge. Hmmmm....where did he get this silly, juvenile fantasy-type notion that he was able to package and peddle to thousands of power(~empowerment~)-hungry fools with more money than sense (and make millions for himself in the process)? Could it be....or do I smell the rotten corpse of ElRon?

Soooo, pal, (not really considering you my pal),

De facto evidence says yours is the gobbledygook paranoid mind if you drank the Kool-Aid, which you appear to have done. Est/Landmark, like most cults, prey on the fearful, neurotic, or "worried well" who still manage to get to work every day so they have enough money in their wallets to pay for expensive "programs." I invite you to examine whatever personal fear you might have harbored to allow these scammers to insinuate themselves into your consciousness and plant their evil seeds. Were you afraid the rest of your life might turn out to be like the first bit?

LOL...

Nope, I'm not. Scientology has plenty enough of its own critics who're doing a bang-up job.

Have you seen the first expose of scientology made by ITV in Britain in the 1960's? You'd have thought that it would have put L. Ron out of business forty years ago, but there you go. These things are like weeds. And they're always waiting for a lull in the bad PR to swoop in on the unaware, naive, and gullible.

You say "Nope, I'm not." but your actions reveal that you are in fact
forever bound to Hubbard. Where you go, "L Ron Hubbard" follows. Like
a small brained parrot or a answering machine set to "Auto" , you
will be repeating "L. Ron Hubbard's" name 25 years from now. Same as
yesterday. Enjoy your chains.

Only in your mind, buddy. (Not really considering you my buddy.)

Nope, the disintegration of Cap'n Kangaroo/Hubbard and all his disciples is going on nicely with no input from me. His ~victims~ have been all over the place lately talking up a storm.

Werner Erhard is my boogie-man and his association with L. Ron Hubbard is only a fraction of the bad news about him and his stupid cult. It would be just as easy to debunk est/Landmark without the scientology component, but it would take longer and this place demands the short-take. Werner was said to have called his own schtick, "Scientology without the woo-woo." That must tell you something.

Is your brother as bound to a life with "Hubbard" as you are?

↑ Evidence of Ellen's obsession with "Hubbard" and what she spends her
real life following. :-) ↑

Along with, of course, the other 1921 times Ellen interjaculated "L.
Ron Hubbard" into a discussion in this fan site.

Didn't take the seminar, Ellen?
Obviously not.
Your characterization of what Landmark and Werner said is not accurate.

But I'm sure you really believe this is true.

Obviously, the Republicans were/are living in a world of self-delusion.
I've met some est/Landmarkians that did also.

This is also true for most people in the world to some degree or another, as you illustrate with your BELIEF regarding Landmark and est.

Virgin births, magic under wear, economic stimulus by cutting taxes to the rich etc.

When creating your reality becomes a BELIEF it then becomes useless.
I wouldn't expect you to ~get~ that. :)

Hi Bruno,

The cruise was very nice. We traveled with another couple. Of the
eleven commercial ships I've been on, this one (Norwegian Pearl of
Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL)) was the most enjoyable. My honey really
enjoyed it too. Until this one, she had been turned off about large
cruise ships, favoring the much smaller river cruise ships in Europe
and Russia. Now, she is fired up to go on another NCL one.

Departure and termination were in Miami, The islands visited were
Stirrup Cay (owned by NCL), Jamaica, Grand Cayman and Cozumel. We
visited all excepting Stirrup Cay. Our visits on the others was 3 to
four hours. I can't tolerate long bus trips any more. Because we
have been jaded by many tropical island before, we found the islands
un-remarkable. Those who wanted to buy gems could fine good deals in
Grand Cayman.

We played many games of Mexican Train and Rummycube near one of the
swimming pools on deck 13. The games are not commonly known, so we
had lots of on-lookers.

The temperatures were in the 80's and 90" with only a couple light
rains.

The 965 foot long ship was fantastic. Good food. Excellent
accommodations and service. Lots of good entertainment. Several good
bars that knew how to build martinis without coaching. :) Stayed
out of the casino. Our favorite show was four entertainers doing
Frankie Valli songs.

The first day out in the Atlantic, we had some light seas that made
dancing interesting. It was necessary to add some extra steps to our
dances in order to keep our feet under us! It was much fun. My honey
and I never get seasick, but the other guy had to wear a patch to stay
well.

May countries were represented in the crew. Lots of Philippinos, so I
got to limber up my Tagalog.

The below links will show highlights of the ship.

Flying back to Tucson was a two-day ordeal caused by a very delayed
plane at Miami International. All the passengers had to get
re-routed. The airline provided free food and room and routed us
through Chicago late the next day. Very tiring and trying. Got home
at midnight. Then crashed!!!

And, I would do it all over again!!

Just wonder why the Muses and friends never report good news???
