HE IS A BIT MOTH EATEN now however he may still have some of
the charisma that made him successful years ago.
In a nut shell Caligari what is it about Werner that you don't like
apart from the fact that the organisation shafted you all those years
ago???

Cheers

This is a film company who bought the distribution rights to
"Transformation" doing what film companies do. Try and repackage and
squeeze every dime out of it. It is the American way. Ginsu knives
sums it up.

The pay per view showing is promoted by the original production
company that made "Transformation: The Life and Legacy of Werner
Erhard." Symon Productions is the production company of the film
director, Robyn Symon, who Walter Maksym, Werner's lawyer, contracted
to make his biography. Walter Maksym is the Executive Producer of the
film.

IMDB is full of errors and outdated info.

You were at the screening of "Transformation: The Life and Legacy of
Werner Erhard" at the Roxie Cinema in San Francisco and had the
opportunity to ask any questions you had and get the answers from the
filmmakers themselves. You could have asked "what exactly was Walter
Maksym's involvement in the making of the film and why did Walter
Maksym get an "Executive Producer" credit? But you did not, why would
that be?

I have asked the filmmakers these things and do know the facts.

Do you homework dipshit.

I am talking about who owns the distribution rights not "Producer"
credits.

But, again, you were at the Roxie Cinema screening of
"Transformation: The Life and Legacy of Werner Erhard" in SF and had
the chance to ask and get the answers from the filmmakers
themselves..... no?

Because they didn't pick me when I raised my hand to ask. You
certainly are concerned about that.

BTW, this is the first time you've mentioned that you're interest is
in distribution rights to the film and not the producer which I've
noted on every post. Either you're changing your story to fit or
you're not reading. Readers, you decide.

They never picked you? You poor thing. Well they did pick people at
the screening I attended and were asked about "Walter Maksym's"
involvement. The filmmaker's basically said: that early in the
project's inception they were whoring around looking for $, as any
small filmmaker with an idea has to do, and contacted and found
Walter Maksym sympathetic to the topic and that he offered to give
them some money, which they accepted, and that he had no involvement
in the making, tone or direction of the project.

re: "distribution rights", read my first comment dipshit.

There was a question on opening night of Indie Fest, Thursday February
3rd, 2011. The woman who asked the if there was a financial
connection to Landmark. I was there also on Saturday, and there was
no specific question on Walter Maksym. There was a response similar
to the one you described by the film director Robyn Symon where she
also didn't mention Walter Maksym. She only said that the offer to
make a film about Landmark was not interesting and she came back to
them saying: now a film about Werner Erhard would be worthwhile.

> re: "distribution rights", read my first comment dips hit.

Which I addressed by pointing out that the company that did the pay
per view and the infomercial like promo pointed to in the first post
is the same company, Symon Productions, that made the film. They also
sent out an email blast promoting the pay per view.
