What a strange way to start a conversation! Winning friends again, I
see.
I'd like to see you reference where Patrick has shown bigotry toward
Muslims. I don't recall EVER reading that senitiment being expressed
in a post he has written.
I'm sorry.
you want to be friends?
I'll drop you a line the next time I'm in Cincy.
I usually stay in the Blue Ash area.
Right in your neighborhood.

He is intolerant towards his "wayward" Christian brethren.
H'es called whole nationalities stupid.
England, Japan etc.
Of course he's a moron, so who cares.....

i dont believe u can truthfully say i am intolerant of them.
i do believe that for preachers and wierd christian men in particular
to turn christianity into a political money group is wrong.
hey, in the Bible , Jesus tells us that the love of money is the root
of all evil.

And you consider yourself a Biblical scholar, Pat?
I've corrected you on this one before.
You are obviously just another Christian counterfeiter.
Paul (formerly Saul) siad this in a letter to Timothy.
It does support your observations regarding the televangelist thieves.
But it wasn't said by Jesus.
Do you think you can remember it this time?
Timothy 6:3
6But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7For we brought nothing
into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. 8But if we have
food and clothing, we will be content with that. 9People who want to
get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and
harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. 10For the
love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for
money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many
griefs.

whats up with that ?
Do you have a court order? ;-)
Here you go. From the New York Times:
www.nytimes.com/2009/11/10/us/10hood.html
Former classmates in a master’s program at a military college said
that Major Hasan had expressed anti-American views, justified suicide
bombings and contended that Islamic law took precedence over the
Constitution, but that their complaints to faculty about his views did
not result in any action against Major Hasan.
this looks like his reasoning.

i believe we can expect more problems from people that have been sent
to wars over and over and over again.
Yeah, turns out he was making presentations at Walter Reed in which he
claimed Muslims should get conscientious objector status, since they
would be fighting their own people if shipped out to Iraq or
Afghanistan.
That's pretty dumb, actually, considering how the two main factions of
Islam persist in fighting each other.
Barack Obama, Nidal Hasan connected?
November 14, 2009
Breaking News! Apparently, Ft. Hood gunman, Nidal Hasan, was on a homeland
security
panel which advised the Obama Administration on policy during the transition
period between its and the Bush administration. It is not yet clear yet
what series of events transpired to allow a man under FBI investigation with
a history of "psychotic" activity (as described by fellow workers at Walter
Reed Medical Center) to sit on a committee advising a future President of
the United Stateson Homeland Security policy.
The task force in which Hasan participated was not officially connected to
the White House. The Homeland Security Institute which sponsored the
committee confirmed Hasan's attendance, but downplayed his role.
Barack Obama on Friday urged Congress to refrain from beginning
investigations into the shootings committed by Hasan at Ft. Hood prior this
is revelation. Obama asked Congress to "resist the temptation to turn this
tragic event into the political theater. . . . The stakes are too high."
This stream of revelations about Hasan put the case alarmingly close to
Congress and the White House. The heroic work the Army did to build morale
after the tragic shootings will quickly fade as this story will be exploding
at the beginning of the week. Warning signs about his personal behavior
and website postings having been known by peers and FBI investigators is
troubling enough for the grieving families and fellow servicemen after the
tragic deaths in Texas. The fact that he was in a position-however
remote-to influence administration policy and participate in discussions on
national security issues is astounding.
But what is quickly coming to light is that Barack Obama, his Administration
and many Congressmen and staff members knew of this incident. Gawker.com
notes that:<!-more->
Other participants included Senate and House staffers, Department of
Homeland Security officials, Defense Department officials, and reporters for
Politico, the Washington Post, and the London Times.
Could this be why Obama urged Congress to hold off on hearings? There is a
strong likelihood that Barack Obama knew of this connection between Hasan
and the Homeland Security Institute when he was making that request. That
only stresses the need to get hearings moving forward as quickly as
possible.
Joe Lieberman needs to work with Susan Collins on the Homeland Security
Committee in the Senate on an aggressive schedule of hearings. With this
information in hand, they must deepen the investigation swiftly before more
critical information could be buried to avoid political embarrassment on the
part either side of the aisle in Congress or from the White House.

from reading more about this it seems that this guy did everything but
