Doug Brazier growing and P4P charges withdrawn in Simcoe

JCT: I went to Simcoe to catch the charges being withdrawn
against Doug Brazier and a friend. I was taken by surprise
when he didn't go through with the motion for Return of pot
but he was so relieved to have gotten off and getting his
equipment back that he didn't want to rock any boats,
besides, he didn't like being in courthouses.
So we now have 2 more added to the
