JCT: Talk about taking a load off my back. Ken Surgent, the most
recent precedent-setting POLCOA winner (charges withdrawn and he
isn't even sick!), has done a 5-minute step-by-step video on how
he printed out and put together his Application for Prohibition
of his marijuana charges.

I made a video tutorial on how to put together the PK. It was the
first time I have made a video, so I hope it is OK! But I do
believe it is most necessary. It should help clear up most of the
confusion behind putting it together.

I posted the following comment:
Jct: Good for you ken Surgent. Only one precision. The back
covers of the Notice and Factum don't have to be reversed, only
the Record (cover) on the back has to be reversed. They can all
be reversed as Ken has done but I've found it easier to print out
whole booklets without having to go in and switch the backs.
Your choice. Ken did it fine but either way is fine except the
easy way helps for printing.
It's as easy as that to set up your Application for Prohibition
of marijuana charges.
And it is. Without mentioning the covers, he could probably cut
the explanation down to 4 minutes!
Thanks again Ken. You cannot imagine my relief at your
initiative.
