TURMEL: Crown stays Paul Magee's Marijuana charge

which detailed the charges he faced in B.C. for which he was
going to self-defend with the BENO-POLCOA kits.

Well, despite a few headaches getting his paperwork filed,

letter he received informing him his charges were being
stayed! He wasn't worth the fight.
