TURMEL: St-Jerome Judge sends Noel Paquette Quash to trial judge!
JCT: Brother Ray was in St-Jerome with Noel Paquette who
wanted to have a Quash heard. But Justice Landry ruled that it
had to be heard by the Trial Judge and then adjourned it to
March to let him consult with a lawyer about his election.
Guess Rene Ouellet will have to add Judge Landry to the list
at the Quebec Court of Appeal of first-instance Quebec judges
who refused to do their jobs.
