I think someone recently asked about the cabin John Denver talked about at
Woods Lake and if it had been sold or not. In the September 16-17 issue of
Aspen Times, there is a picture of Annie Denver and Zak and a man (who had
his arm around Annie!) identified as Vince Rose, who is the manager at Woods
Lake. In an article in the paper it said that there are four owners of
Woods Lake now: the John Denver estate, Hal Kroeger, Mary Hugh Scott and
Art Pfister.

John used to say that he shared the cabin with three other families, so it
sounds like the situation hasn't changed much.
