Alas, there doesn't seem to be any way to filter using Google. Trust
me, I use Google Groups and would if I could.
But you can pretty well tell if there is a post other than
you-know-who, and read all of those that are the exception to the rule.

Just think of how hard it would be to attempt avoiding dozens of
aliases used by one shape-shifting internet terrorist who now
incorrectly thinks he'll earn some redemption through a newly
concocted Florence Nightingale scam.
Here's only the verified aliases out of dozens that the
cross-posting puke hides behind:
Notice the "NNTP-Posting-Host: 209.177.232.245" data in each of
his message headers immediately below and in the examples further
down. He posts those messages via his place of employment. What a
shit-hole that must be to allow a jagoff like him to post all
manner of malicious bullshit all day long.
The message headers transmitted via "NNTP-Posting-Host:
24.129.77.189" are those he sends from the house owned by his
latest sweetheart scam victim who has her own ethics problems
when handling the finances of her customers (as detailed below).
