How many Parrotheads are there?

I don't think there has been any attempt at this. The problem is, what is your definition of a Parrothead and what percentage of the traits that have been attributed to Parrotheads does a person possess? One would have the daunting task of figuring out who to count first before they ever even began such an undertaking.

I can't give you a number, but since Jimmy's concerts consistently gross in the top 15 every single year, I imagine there's quite a few of us. There are also quite few online as we (The Parrothead Webring) have just admitted our 467th site today with more still in the application process.

If you feel like taking on this project, I'll start the ball rolling for you:
