I little trick I learned in Pennsylvania that worked today. You need:
1 Bottle Isopropyl Alcohol.
1 Spray Bottle
1 Towel.
Pour the alchohol into a spray bottle. Spray liberally on your
windshields. After a few seconds, run your windshield wipers. The ice
should slush right off.
Immediately dry the windshield with your towel (if it's cold enough, the
alcohol will freeze...and while it's really pretty, it's not much fun when
it happens on the road :) )
