I'm re watching the old Morse episodes (can never get enough), and I noticed that in masonic Mysteries (my favorite of them all) Morse's old mentor was Desmond McNutt. As we all know in Endeavor, Morse's mentor is Fred Thursday. I wonder if they will address this at some point in the new series. TO be honest i'm not a huge stickler for continuity purposes if it gets in the way of storytelling, its just something i found curious.
