Any body hear about this? It was discussed on The Don and Mike
show...is it true?

Yeah, I heard it. They never said "Howard Stern" or his daughter's name so when
I heard the reference I didn't know what the hell they were talking about. Then
when I got home and looked at this newsgroup, I put it together.
Was this why they were almost fired a couple of days ago? Does anybody know
exactly why they got in so much trouble?

This whole thing is all for publicity. Going on and on and on today in typical
O&A Brainwash Radio fashion, gushing, "Ohhh...you guys have no idea of how
close we are to losing our jobs..." Simply more ploys to trick their
listeners into thinking they're so cutting-edge and shocking.

Don't fall for it.

calculated stunt. They couldn't get the money they thought they deserved
for being "edgy", but the truth is nobody listened to them - their

They are close to losing their jobs because they are getting lousy ratings, #4
in the afternoons does not give them enough clout to do or say anything
outlandish

I thought they had the #1 afternoon show. Maybe I am wrong and they
are only #1 for men in the afternoon. Can anyone clarify? Anyway,
I listen to both shows and O&A's show kicks Howard's boring ass

The last day before they went on vacation, they talked about young teenaged
girls at Z-100's Jingle Ball who OD'd on ecstasy and/or alcohol; that any
girl that did this must be driven to it by divorced parents and a father who
overlooks his children for his career. At no point did they mention
Howard's name.
