On Fox News Saturday, Rep. Joe Sestak (D-Pa.) was allowed to have the
final word on health care in a debate with Rep. Trent Franks (R-Ariz.)
-- but he never got to deliver it.

After Franks argued that the health care bill was creating a
"socialist government-run system," Sestak was given twenty seconds to
respond -- only to have the screen go black in the middle of his first
sentence. The satellite feed cut out before the Democratic congressman
could actually make his case. A flustered anchor apologized for the
technical difficulties.

I can play devil's advocate here:

To their "defense": Satellite time is booked. Meaning, it has a
definite start and stop time. When time is up, the satellite feed goes
dead.

Now to scorn them: They the necons probably extended their
conversation so the lone Democratic voice wouldn't be able to get in
his last word.

I wouldn't put it past them to have a countdown timer for each
satellite feed going and see Mr. Sestak's feed was going "30... 29...
28... 27..." and they added some mindless blather to cut into his
time.

After all this is the same "news" channel that conveniently keeps
putting the wrong DAMN TAPES in the VCR!

Oh, I know... "DAMN HOMELESS PEOPLE! Walking into the draconian castle
known as Fox Broadcasting Center and going up to master control
fiddling w/ knobs and buttons and doohickeys and putting OLDER
videotape of a much LARGER crowd when they're covering some idiotic
protest and putting to make it look like a much bigger turn out than
it actually is, or a "D" when there should be a "R" when some
Republican is getting in usual hot water.

I do love when the left accuse others of what they routinely practice.

It's now time for healing, and for fixing the damage the Democrats did
to America.
