on in the Stern show studio over the years.....

It's a lowpoint in show history. Not that Benji did
it.....................it's that I have no doubt Howard knew about it
beforehand and gave it the a-okay cuz he wasn't upset really, it sounded

This isn't Jackie eating a marshmallow out of somebody's ass crack or
farting or girls playing with themselves.........this
was Benji the most disgusting desperate and unfunny person ever to be on the
Stern show and he's masturbating in public. Howard has lost his way. We've
all given our reasons a thousand times why we think it's happened. He

has though.
And this comes only a couple weeks after he spends an hour telling us how
stupid Opie and Anthony are and how smart he is because he knows where the
line is drawn. Sure, in this case, they didn't offend the entire Roman
Catholic
population but if Howard wasn't THE Howard Stern Tom would have fired Howard
on the spot. Radio show or no radio show you can't have people working for a
big company like CBS and have an employee whip his penis out and start
jerking off, shock radio show or not.......same thing as when AJ slapped
John, there are no differences between the two events.......you could argue
that a little fight between two show regulars on a shock radio show is
within the bounds of what's ok but Tom and Howard and everybody else that
day agreed it wasn't, AJ had to go. What Benji did, or better put, what he
was allowed to do is worse in my opinion than the AJ/John fracas.
Nobody ever did this before in the almost 20 year history of the Stern show,
am i right?
Double standard I admit, cuz if some pornstar came in and just out of
nowhere started masturbating i wouldn't have much of a problem with it. But
for a show regular to do it, especially Benji, is just disturbing.
I bet there was a major meeting with Tom and Mel over this escapade. Hey,
maybe Howard's trying to get fired?
He's probably jealous of Opie and Anthony sitting on their asses still
collecting their fat paychecks. Maybe he wants to do the exact same thing.
Experts are saying CBS is on the hook for all of O & A 's contracts because
Infinity pushed them or allowed them repeatedly to push the envelope and
produce ratings doing shock radio bits. Howard could do the same if he was
fired.

Desperate times do call for desperate measures, but I don't think that he is
looking to get fired. He said in the first twenty minutes of the show (in
case people were still asleep) that he only said that his contract runs out
in three years, and he still could sign another after that and stay on the
air.

total failure outside the realm of radio.
Well Howie ol' chap, i got news for ya. You better get your shit together in
the next three years, clear out the dead wood on and off the show, and get
those ratings back up somehow cuz Daddy Mel ain't gonna be around in three
years and nobody at CBS is going to give you anywhere near 20 million a
year. Hell I'm not even sure without Mel there if they'll even offer you any
contract. You know how much they hate you and are embarassed to have you
anywhere near the Tiffany network.
Wonder if CBS tells him to jump off a cliff in three years where he will
wind up. Clear Channel I suppose. BUT what if
Clear Channel says 'nah......if CBS is gonna pass so will we'?
Nobody's going to be holding any tag days for ol' Howard Stern in three
years but he very well might be in for a bit of a
rude awakening. Especially if the show continues on its current path with
those two idiots Benji and KC each with their hand on the wheel.

Yup. It's been happening for a while now, the first red flag for me was
Cabbie. He got tons of hate mail and calls about about Cabbie, and
instead of reading his audience and favoring the remarks, his attitude
was "*I* think he's funny, so he stays."
Talk about a total buzzkill.
I think the content of the show since, if it's not KC/Bronk bullshit, is
H-man doing what *he* wants, screw the audience. He's getting his, and
damn anyone that doesnlt like it. His remarks about Bronk's little
display was "*I* thought it was funny."

Forget H-man getting fired - anywhere else, Bronk would have had his
ugly ass fired before the show ended that day. Only in H-man's little
world does a loser like Bronk get away - even rewarded - for an ugly act
like that.

I think Tom's problem, and I agree with it, was that Bronk would
*finish* in the studio.
There's so many things wrong with that, I don't even know where to
start. On a personal level, I just don't need o be that intimate with
Bronk - it's enough to make you lose your lunch. There's a health issue,
who the fuck knows where Bronk has stuck his pputrid little dick in - if
I were Houston I'd be freaked out over that alone, as gross as she is,
who wants random, untested jizz on you?
On a professional level, it's disrespectful to the station. If they
allow Bronk that, who knows what the retarded little freak would do next.
On a listener level, it was insulting to make us listen to that.

Maybe. I think H-man is trying desperately to prove he's relevant, but
his main idea guy walked, so he's faking it. Problem is, the Jackie
Filter is long gone, and all he has to work with is losers.

Nah. I don;t get that at all. What I get is a frustrated H-man who
doesnt understand why people don't worship him anymore, why his ratings
are slipping, why Hollywood doesnt call anymore, and why no-one credible
will work with him anymore.

Sternoids will go along with anything. Everything to gain, nothing to
lose. Maybe one or two like me will go but the rest will put up with this

I listened in this morning to the "thats so wrong" segment. It was SO
wrong. What was wrong wasn't just the initial premise - which was pretty
creepy. It was how they kept offering the contestants more money to
tonguekiss, to look and even to touch. And they did it. And American
media is just a little shittier, a little creepier for it.
From now on, I'll put on the news segment around 9:45 or so because I like
Robin and Howard is usually pretty funny responding. Thats it. The show
isn't funny anymore. In fact, it's disturbing and unfunny.
