Saying that you want Vicki proves that you are not looking for a true fan
roundtable. You are just looking to find idiots to make idiotic statements
and hope that Howard plays them on the air.

first, Vicki wouldn't do it because Vicki is either a lonesome loser 38 year
old closeted virgin gay man that lives with his mama or Fred Norris. Either
way, they wont do it

First of all, not being employed really disqualifies you to give advice
on employment.

Second, ass-kissing is for the unskilled whose talent and work ethic alone
isn't enough to let them succeed. And bosses who favor ass-kissers are
insecure fools whose psychological comfort is more important to them than
their own productivity.

You're a semi-employed itinerant musician. If it weren't for your wife
to mooch off of you'd have nothing. You have no idea whatsoever about
the "real world" or what working in it is like.

I've worked at enough places and with enough people, good and bad, to know
that the best managers don't only tolerate dissent - they welcome it. And
the best employees have the confidence in their experience and skill to
know when to speak up against the status quo.

I'm sure that with your bitter disposition, advancing age, and the talent
on scale with someone who has to praise himself publicly using false
alternate identities, that you have to rely on sucking ass and sympathy to
get any work. That's too bad. But don't assume that the rest of the
world lives with the same personal handicaps you do.

Yeah, but I'm sure that's the least of his problems in finding work.

Why do you have to denigrate working musicians? It's an honest living, and
without them we would certainly be less entertained. I have friends who are
working musicians, they have to supplement their income with menial jobs, in
their spare time they are either practicing or playing. They certainly know
what the real world is like.

He's not, he is denigrating Jimmy.

Are you trying to tell us that your friends arent posting to usenet
24/7 while their wives get jobs to support the family? Do your friends
brag about their dinner on Usnenet? Do your friends create sock puppets
to praise their own playing on Usenet? Do your friends brag about how
much taxes they arent paying, on Usenet? Do your friends make up
stories about thier stock purchases? Do your friends call women "Jew
Cunts?" etc. etc.??

I was a "working" musician for over 15 years. I know a blowhard asshole
when I see one.

1. Why do you give a fuck?

2. I don't "denigrate working musicians". I denigrate Jimmy. When he
tools on me, or others, about things he's ignorant of, I respond in kind.

As I've mentioned here, when I was (much) younger I was a semi-working
musician.

It was many rungs down the musician ladder even from Jimmy, but I was
paid to play. I too have friends who are professional musicians who know
what the real world is like. None of them brag about their virtuosity
with multiple alter egos online, none of them have a pretend radio show,
and none of them are as big a douchebag in general as your friend Jimmy
is.

Because I know musicians, and I was under the impression that this was your
opinion of any musician who is not successful enough to support himself
solely through his music.

First of all, I was comparing your douchebagness to that of my
professional musician friends, not mine.

Second, you're hardly qualified to decide who *else* is a douchebag.
