Have people seen this?

I'm not sure if I should be weeping tears of canon purism or madly
anticipating it for the laughs.

Where does it say anything about monsters? That's a strange way to
describe Dominic Keating and Gareth David Lloyd!

Oh I've seen other things about it - apparently giant monsters are going
to attack London.

"SHERLOCK HOLMES UPDATE: Gareth is currently shooting a Sherlock Holmes
feature with a difference for Global Asylum. Hopefully, with the support
of Gareth's Dr Watson, Holmes will be able to outwit the enormous
monsters attacking London! The film, which also stars Dominic Keating,
is expected to be available on DVD in January 2010 and will include a
'Making Of...' extra." From GDL's site.

I love to mock GDL but no, I wouldn't say he's a monster. :P

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's famous detective faces the ultimate challenge when
enormous monsters attack London.

With some production stills. Looks like a Victorian Commando Cody.

Apparently Gareth (Watson) was talking about it at a con this weekend.
He says it's shit and it was filmed in two weeks. Strangely, this almost
makes me want to watch it MORE.

Also his moustache is hilarious.
