In the 1970's I read a short story that had an evil genius who did not
have the use of his legs. His rooms had bars hanging from the ceilings
that enabled him to move around by his arms.
I thought that it was in a collection of short stories by A.C.D. but
Google has not heard of it.
Was there ever a paraplegic Moriarty, or am I simply misremembering?
