When I first heard cyberneticists talk about disruption being good for civilization I thought it was crazy , but apparently it's one of those a little is good , too much is bad effects. this is no lie . here in Victoria ten or so years back a fellow went to one of the elementary schools and told the principle I have a health lecture I can give your six graders (12-year-olds). The principle said OK and the guy gets in front of class and proceeds to show the students how to make a vaginal dam. A monitor was present at the back of the school room and escorted the man out telling him he wasn't welcome to come back.
