OK. So here goes:

1. You need to release some new music. It's been nearly a year since
you released Dignity - and that only had 5 new songs. Even single
another single like "SuperGirl" would be great. Release the new music
on your podcast. Anything!

2. You need to make your pod-cast less about "Hilary Duff" and more
about "Hilary Duff and the people she hangs with". An example of what
I have in mind is Fergie's Glamorous - the clip where Fergie and two
friends do the small dance in the back seat of the limo. That is so
cool. Hanging with creative people is special - and you should show
your fans how much fun it is. Remember - that you're not selling
"Hilary Duff" - you're selling the "Hilary Duff Lifestyle".

3. You need to release your new movies on an iTunes label. If you
haven't found a distributor for War Inc. and Greta - you're not going
to get one. Have your agent contact the Disney/Apple people and get
those movies out there.

4. I recommend that some of your new songs - those that aren't
associated with terrific dance routines - have relevant new topics.
There is a lot going on in the world these days - and touching on it
keeps things fresh. Pink sort of tried that - but her politics are way
left and sort of goofy. You need to write music that is about events
and emotions that isn't whiney.

BTW, Hilary, congratulations on the amazing tours in Latin America.
Your fans are great. I was amazed that they new every word to your
songs - and was especially impressed at how well they knew the stuff
on Metamorphosis and "Hilary Duff". Anyone who hasn't been following
your pod-cast should check it out.
