1. What is Hell Flame Wars?
1. Hell Flame Wars is the group of usenet flame gods that have set the
benchmark for all other flamers to strive for. This flame organization
has been in existence since the summer of 1996 and is currently in its
third version of operations. For more information on Hell Flame Wars,

2. Who is a fan of Hell Flame Wars?
2. There are many people who are admirers of Hell Flame Wars, but there
are a limited number of Official Fans. We feel that our fan base
represents HFW as much as our members so we have strict guidelines for
our Fan Club. The admirers' numbers are even greater. Checking with
several of the flame groups you can see a good number of HFW fans. You
can also check with many of the home pages of alt.flame's regulars to see
their dedication to Hell Flame Wars.
3. How do I become an Official Fan of HFW?
3. The Official Hell Flame Wars Fan Club is a new organization and
becoming a member requires complete devotion to our cause and it requires
that you be good enough to be considered HFW material. There currently
are no Official channels to go through, so membership into the Fan Club
can be discussed with members of HFW via email.
4. What type of behavior is permitted here?
4. Hell Flame Wars, Inc. prides itself on its quality of flaming. Only
flames with the same quality can be posted to a.f.h-f-w. Moderate cross-
posting is permitted provided that it is on-topic to the discussion area.
Discussions on the Greatness of HFW are always welcome.
5. What type of behavior is NOT permitted here?
5. I am afraid this list will be longer than the one for #4. Poor
quality flaming is not permitted. Cascades are not permitted. Meows of
any kind or not permitted. Newbies are not permitted with out prior
written approval. WebTV users are not permitted without prior written
approval. AOLers are not permitted without prior written approval.
