I'm looking for some info too Joe. I live in Pasadena, MD and have
listenned to the Grease ever since he started in DC. I HATE what Wjfk
has done with his show...bumping the slot around to accomodate more
bullshit sports talk shows. I would like to listen in live on the 'net
if anyone can help me. I have tried the wtlk link that was posted on
one of the Greaseman pages and given to me from the Grease himself...no
luck...keep getting a 404 error..not found. I'll post any info I get,
I'm keeping in touch with the Grease through e-mail to find out all I
can.

OK, Robert Coats already posted this, but I'll repost in case
it didn't make it to your news server. I'm just repeating the
earlier posts here!!! -->

YES! The web listing is gone, and so is the Real Radio link, but you can
still hear him live on the Internet.
[snip]

(1) If you don't already have it, obtain and install a copy of
RealAudio...the shareware version is free, and you can get this easily
from their web site, www.realaudio.com

(2) Establish at least a 28.8 connection to the Internet between 6-10 am
EST, M-F, or at sometime (I don't know exactly when) Saturday morning.

(3) Remain online; then launch RealAudio. Select the "Open Location"
command, then paste this address into the box:

pnm://207.141.138.50/wtlk.ra

(4) Click OK, and wait a few seconds; the Doo-Dad Daddy will be with you
shortly.

If this doesn't work for you, it may be that you've got to establish
your link *before* 6 AM. While WTLK was still listed on the AudioNet
web pages, the Grease was "blacked out," but you could still get
him if you signed on *before* his show started at 6 AM Eastern time
Monday thru Friday. HTH.

I have been able to connect, disconnect, and reconnect multiple times
bettween 6-10 am, with no problems. I don't think you are required to
establish a connection < 6:00 am in order to maintain one (anymore).

Hey Clemitt!

It doesn't matter what time you connect with the address you gave, he's
always there no matter what time you connect. He must have other
problems.

P.S. Grease Is Back!!!!! SCHWEET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
