Where are all the posts?

What happened to all the posts? I've got all this lovely barbed wire for
Mr. Moriarty to hurdle over and there's no posts to string it between. How
can the dear count build up his steam and leap high above those jagged
points if the rolls are just sitting there unstrung? Inspiring minds and
mismatched knees need to know.
