version of "Godzilla, King of the Monsters", is born in Coatbridge,
Lanarkshire, Scotland. He was Raymond Burr's stand-in on "Perry Mason"
and "Ironside".

1926: DIRCH PASSER, who played night watchman Dirch Mikkelsen (a.k.a.
Peterson) in "Reptilicus", is born in Copenhagen. His other films
include "Lucky Journey", "Ved Kongelunden...", "Charles' Aunt",
"Baronessen fra benzintanken", "Summer in Tyrol", "Me and My Kid
Brother", and "Faengslende firiedage".

1927: YOSHIO TSUCHIYA is born in Yamanashi, Japan. Noted for playing
eccentrics and aliens, his roles include the young reporter in "The
Invisible Man", Tajima of the Osaka Defense Corps in "Godzilla Raids
Again", the leader of "The Mysterians", Detective Taguchi in "The H-
Man", military officer Katsumoto in "Varan the Unbelievable", alien-
controlled Iwomura in "Battle in Outer Space", Det. Capt. Onosaki in
"The Secret of the Telegian", Mizuno the librarian a.k.a. "The Human
Vapor", millionaire Fumio Kasai in "Attack of the Mushroom People",
Mr. Kawai in "Frankenstein Conquers the World", the Controller of
Planet X in "Godzilla vs. Monster Zero", "Ultra Q", crazy Furukawa in
"Son of Godzilla", Kilaak-controlled Dr. Otani in "Destroy All
Monsters", Dr. Kyochi Mida in "Yog -- Monster from Space", and
businessman Yasuaki Shindo in "Godzilla vs. King Ghidora". He also had
prominent roles in many of Akira Kurosawa’s films, most notably

1938: PETER ADAMS, who played Dr. Ralph Hale in "Gargantua", is born
in New Zealand.

1947: AKIRA TERAO, who was in "Cat’s Eye" and played Dr. Kotaro Azuma
in “Casshern”, is born in Kanagawa, Japan.

1952: RYUZABURO OTOMO, who was the voice of Don Dolnero on “Future
Squadron Timeranger” and "Future Squadron Timeranger vs. Go Go V",
Kazakku in “Special Police Squadron Dekaranger vs. Abaranger”, Gorie
Yen on “Beast Fist Squadron Gekiranger”, and Chinomanako on “Kamen
Rider Decade”, is born in Tokyo.

1958: MERV GRIFFIN, who was the voice of the radio announcer in "The
Beast from 20,000 Fathoms", marries his former wife, Julann.

1960: DIANE DANGELY, who played Maria Basehart in "Sayonara Jupiter",
is born in France.

1966: T.J. ROTOLO, stunt actor who played Dark Specter on "Power
Rangers in Space", GSA Troop #1 on "Power Rangers Lost Galaxy",
Olympius on "Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue", Silver Guardian on
"Power Rangers Time Force", Jindrax on "Power Rangers Wild Force", and
