My 1st favorite is either kiryu Type 3 or legendary godzilla, Kiryu is pretty much one of my favorite type of mecha godzilla due to how cool his design is and not only that his skill,He pretty much went sicko mode on godzilla literally.Now for legendary godzilla he might have the best godzilla design throughout the franchise. ((My opinon))

2nd titanus mothra,She is a literally a bug but a solar eclipse god like.The fact she fighted rodan she didnt even gave up,I just love that girl.

3rd Mecha godzilla 2021 Yes his design sucks, but he is truly the most overpowerd mecha godzilla ever.Like his claws can literally pierce into tough skin ripping flesh off.If he did that to godzilla without plasma punching he might be the new king or not.

4th Final wars godzilla, the most overrated godzilla but the one who can regenarate.Hes pretty much hell godzilla but without hell powers he almost died by keizer ghidorah/Monster X.

Which brings my to my 5th Monster x/Keizer ghidorah hes literally a ninja ghidorah he so overpowerd he almost killed final godzilla not only that his beams are so strong.

6th Space godzilla and destroyoah Space godzilla another copy of godzilla but with space powers,Hes very cool do to his design.And his power like crystals his beam and telekiness hes a very intresting kaiju.Destroyoah is one of godzilla most powerful enimes.He is literally a mutant oxygen destroyer.His micro oxygen beam can drain anything it hits espically godzilla so as his tail,His horn glowing can do critical damage.If destroyoah has a titanus form godzilla is truly screwed.

7th angirus or gamera I still love those guys i truly wish they had another solo movie or like another.They are pretty overpowerd espically gamera,Flamethrower burns skin and it does make it hurt any kaiju near it,Angirus wrecking ball is mostly his best weapon.

8th Titanus rodan, A bongo mexican bird whos literally to angry to die and also one of my favorite bird kaiju.His uranium beam is pretty much diffrent from fire rodan it has lava and magma and also its literally fearless when it saw ghidorah it didnt even like fly away it just flew towards it like a brave bird.

9th Godzilla earth A giant plant but a very shin like beam breath,hes literally a walking plant and he is very slow but very powerful.Even his scarlet form is so mad even adult clover fears that.

10th Jet jaguar or Mecha gigan Jet jaguar is a robot humanoid but very skilled espically in singular point he can shift sizes like imagine he shifted into a size of godzilla earth.Mecha gigan is my favorite gigan kaiju.His design is so cool and perfect in final wars the black skin does fit him in his personallity.

11th Shin godzilla a more creepier version of godzilla.Hes so invicible literally his beam can cut through anything even armour.His eye is protected by eye shield.And yet bombs mostly doesnt affect him and even if it did he can regenarte so fine like final.

12th megagirus A more alien version of mothra.Her plasma is so plus her lil allies can literally form some sheild for her and yet they can regenarate perfectly fine just imagine that.

(( I have more but thats all i can use also my last favorite is giant condor. ))
