1894: JAMES ASHMORE CREELMAN, who wrote the screenplay for the original "King Kong", is born in Marietta, Ohio.

1903: HAROLD E. STINE, who was a boom operator on the original "King Kong" and did photographic effects on "Mighty Joe Young", is born in Chino, Calif.

1907: JACK MATHER, who played an officer in "The Deadly Mantis", is born.

1914: KOSUKE NONO, who played Professor Koizumi on "Kamen Rider", is born. He also played General Hiraga in Episode 36 of "Kikaida 01", Iwakichi on Episode 16 of "Kamen Rider V3", and Dr. Goji (Episode 11) and the old cop (Episode 15) on "Superhuman Barom-1".

1946: JOE YAMANAKA, who was in "Izo", is born in Yokohama.

1952: BILL BUELL, who played a mediator in the U.S. version of "Dark Water", is born in Taipai, Taiwan.

1957: SHIRO NAMIKI, who was in "Ringu 2", "Godzilla 2000", and "Kamen Rider: The First", and played a coroner in "Ju-on" and an SDF general in "Sinking of Japan", is born in Chiba, Japan.
