If you do a Whois search on Network Solutions you get

as the owner. It is reserved until 2007. Some guy with
the last name Scott owns it. Assume his wife or someone
is Melissa. That is lawyer proof.

I just checked Network Solutions for the domain name she would most likely
use and found that www.pastormelissascott.org and .net are available.
However, www.pastormelissascott.com if shown as "Coming Soon". Now that
will be something to watch for.
