The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued what amounts to a final warning to Melissa and her attorney's consistent foolish attempts to drag Michael Evens and Angel Tina Pereida (son and daughter of Bobbi Jones) into her fraudulent and failed lawsuits.

The 9th Circuit Court has obviously had enough of Melissa's chicanery and her attorney's ongoing stupidity. The following declaration was handed down by the 9th Circuit Court on May 11, 2022. It's not likely that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals will tolerate any further misbehavior from Melissa or her attorney without handing down severe consequences to both of them.
