READER NOTE: There's alot of info here so I'm probably gonna make a
couple of different entries, type some, take a break, etc. Info also
might overlap. If you wanna ignore facts and bicker about
spelling/typos and grammer then stop reading now and read a different
thread about Barbi's New Chair or some thread flush with Elder Pound
Scum's Apha-Male Witty Observations. If you don't like what you think
you're about to read, then don't read it, dumbass. Seriously - don't
like this sort of thing, don't read it. Real easy, huh?

Having said that:

SHAW vs. SCOTT (or SHAW-SCOTT vs. SCOTT) LA COURTS DOWNTOWN #BD284659:

I first would like to say it always amazes me when ever you open a
court case that Scott is involved with. It always drips with hostility
and hate. I mean you can feel the hatred just by touching the paper. No
wonder he died of Cancer, he hated and resented and persecuted so many
close to him. His corpse must have been so foul, I seriously doubt the
Earth would or will ever accept it. Now, opinions, aside, just the
facts:

The jist of this case filed in 1998 is that Shaw claims to have been
married to Scott either in 3/1980 or 11/28/91 and is sueing for
"various separate property assets the full extent, nature and location
of which are unknown to petitioner at this time." Splitting because of
irreconcilable differences.

Scott dismisses these claims and states that they were friends and
partners, but never husband and wife, and thru attorney Masry gives
tons of documentation that Shaw always claimed she was an single woman,
employee, friend, partner, to Scott but never a wife to him.

However, The two went to Anguilla, British West Indies, site of Scott's
International Broadcast HQ,

in 1/95, for the purpose of getting married. LA Mayor Tom Bradley was
to be Scott's best man. But while in Anguilla Shaw disappered one night
and after a frantic search by Scott and his enentourage she re-appered
at 3am in the Malliouhana Hotel room and said "she didn't want to marry
and be the wife of a preacher." She also had had an affair with "the
tennis pro" at the Malliouhana Hotel who had been hired by Scott to
play tennis with her during their stay in Anguilla.

The Shaw and Scott group return from Anguilla, and to the shock of
those close to them (basically Ed Masry, because Scott doesn't seem to
be close to anyone but attorneys) there had been no wedding.

To avoid a costly and public fight over assets, somehow in 11/95 Scott
got Shaw to sign a "release agreement" - "fully and forever realeasing
Scott from claims of any nature whatsoever." This agreement wasn't in
the case file and is only alluded to. Shaw claims the "release
agreement" is a scam, or forgery or something.."

Shaw claims THEY were married (or as good as married) on 11/28/91,
Thanksgiving Day, at 2 Oak Knoll, when they both told Mom-Scott that
they wished to be married but because, by that time, Mom-Scott was
resembling grandpa from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre, she couldn't
remember if this had happened or not. Shaw says yes, Scott says no. I
could figure out why Shaw thought she had been married on 3/80.

Also, in 1992 Masry had married his wife Joey at Silver Oaks Ranch and
wanted Scott/Shaw to marry with them and have a double service. They
said no, wishing to do it instead in Anguilla. Scott/Masry claim this
also proves, that while Shaw had the chance to marry Scott, she didn't
and was single and never married to him.

Basically, Shaw doesn't have a chance in Hell of proving her side of
the case, that she was married with Scott. To fight the case, Scott's
attorney, Masry, encloses document after document proving Shaw is
single, never married to Scott. These documents are rereveling in-so-as
they tell the origins of Shaw, and trace her income, duties with Scott,
etc...

PART 2

The Origins of Christine Shaw.

Shaw seems to have first appeared on the scene as a secretary for Masry
in 1980. She was hired by him as Dr. Scott's driver and secretary. Why
Shaw thought she was married to Scott in 1980 is unclear.

However,

A Mark Travis, who worked for Scott from 80's to the present as an aide
to Scott, claims to have met Shaw when he was prodcuing "Richard Pryolr
Live In Concert" in 12/79. Another producer for RP Live In Concet, Bill
Sargen, introduced Travis to arttracte "bunny" girl from Playboy
Enterprises and this was Cristine Shaw. Travis also introduces Scott to
Shaw in late 70's/early80's.

Shaw has one son Christian M. Shaw from a previous marrage to David C.
Shaw. In the Shaw vs. Scott case son Christian gave a depostion
against her mother and in favor of Scott. Mother and son seem not to
get along, even tho Christian works , at the time, in some form or
antoher for Scott as did Shaw. In 1993 Shaw, with Masry and Scott
lurking over her, Shaw made up a Last Will and Testament while at one
of Scott's properties authoring Scott as the execuor of her wil if
something should happen to her, and if he couldn't, the "president of
the Wescott Christian Center would be executor." Strangely, in her
will, Shaw left 1.00 dollar to her son Christian. "I have carefully
considered this gift to Christian Shaw, and have determined that he
should be forever precluded from receiving, sharing and/or
participating in the asssets of my estate, other than the aforemetioned
$1.00."

Everything was to be left to Scott or Wescott.

Lawyer for Christine Shaw was both Cary W. Goldstein, Beverly Hills,
310/273-7777 and Darrel Johnson. First by Johnson who she agreed to pay
in installments then stopped paying him and got Goldstein. Johnson sued
Shaw for not paying him, which is a whole nother Oprah. Regardless,
Both Scott and Shaw (probably just Scott, actually) wanted to come to
some kind of settlement over their relationship quietly and outside of
the courts.
Scott claimed that Shaw made a threat to "take it public" but it was
seattled between the two, at first.

In the case documents any kind of figure suce as Scott's income or how
much Scott was to be paying Shaw every month is blacked out with a
black marker. ANY kind of money figure concerning Scott is blacked out.
Any where that Shaw identifys herself as a single person, not married,
is highlighted. It's hard to learn anything about Scott's personal
finances, for obvious reasons.

Under the agreement between Shaw and Scott, reached outside of court,
Shaw was to get xxx dollars a month for 15 years from Scott . Scott
would pay Shaw's attorney Johnson and Johnson would take out his cut
and give Shaw the rest. This agreement went ok for 3 years when, in
june 1998 Shaw, totally dependant on these checks from Scott, asked for
a restraining order in preventing Scott from sending check to attorney
Johnson. Shaw had stopped paying Johnson and wanted all the checks to
herself. Scott refused. Shaw filed her case against him.

MORE INCOME TAX STUFF

if Shaw and scott broke up over the "tennis pro" affair I don't know
why she's still working as a director for him as late as 1996. If , as
Scott claims, she was paying her a monthly agreed upon amount, I don't
know why he's also paying her to be a Director/Interior diecorator for
him???

According to these tax records, Shaw never had more then a couple of
Hundred dollars in bank accounts over the years $80 here, 150$ here,
$75 there, etc.

Begining in 1987, listed in here Schedule C income and Schedule B
(interest and dividend) other monies started appearing:

1. Horse winning earnings starting in 1987 and appearing each year
between 20-30k a year.

2. Starting in 1992 she was paid 20-30k a year for a "finder's fee for
Silver Oaks Ranch." Not sure what she was finding but she was paid well
for it.

3. In Schedule B Income (interesest and divident) begining in 1988 she
started reporting big earnings 71-150k a year in colllectable stamp
assests. She listed the stamp asset income with a Wilshire Stamp and
Auction Company, Inc, on Wilshire Blvd in Los Angeles. And guess who
the agent listed for service of process is for Wilshire Stamp and
Auction Company is? You guessed it, Patricia Glaser. In some years in
the early-to-mid 1990's the stamp asset income would come to 200k. In
1996, after she ostensibly left Scott and they had split, this
collectable stamp income was listed at 85k.

(and to think all the while Shaw and Scott have called VOF's working
for free and living in their cars. nice!)

In 1995 Shaw received a w2 from W. Eugene Scott, PhD, Inc at 2628
Perryville Road, Springfield, KY. 400069, for 160K.

Also there were w2's from Deloress Press and Dr. Gene Scott, Inc, at
331 Deodar Lane, Bradbury, CA 91010

Also in the early 1990's Shaw began getting "equipment rental" from
someone (we all know who) for 15k and for as much as 90k per year.

Her credit cards in 1992 were:

American Express - Platinum card
City Bank - Preferred card
First USA - Gold card
First Card - Gold card

first class all the way! What's it like to sleep in a car, you VOF?
lol

On ANY records containing info about Dr. Scott's income - the infor was
ALWAYS blacked out and it would always say "Dr. Scott ownes no personal
or real property, and earned xxxx
per year salary."

end part whatever..

Awesome, awesome work, Mr. X. Bombshell stuff.

Yes, it would only take 4 x's to x out Dr. Scott's $1.00 a year
salary.

One thing I don't get, Mr. X. How does a stamp collection generate
income for schedule B? Do you mean capital gains for Schedule D?
I'm confused.

Thanks again,

CHristine tries to get an FCC-tv station license, but "she won't put on
Dr. Scott"

In 1987 shaw applied for a broadcast license and consttruction permit
for a new UHF televison station in Avalon on Catalini Island off of the
SoCal coast. The venture was to be called Cataline 54 Broadcasting,
LTD.

(important background info) - Faith Center lost its license for channel
30 in san Bernardino sometimes in the 1980's I THINK because Scott
would not let fcc investigators look at his finicial records or some
such gene scott bullshit. It was a whole big deal, blah, blah, fcc
monkey band, blah, blah. The bottom line being that Scott was on the
television airwaves FAR LESS now (this is pre-satellite, remember) so
he needs to get back on the air, ASAP. but he's pissed the fcc off, so
how to do it, all sneaky-gene-scott-like? I KNOW! I KNOW! Let's get
Shaw to apply for a license and she'll say she doesn't know anything
about me. GOOD THINKING MASRY! Now get to work!! Christine, here's what
you'll say, ok?....

anyways, the following is from documents in the SHAW vs. SCOTT file
about that whole deal with Shaw at a dsposition with an FCC lawyer (and
Masry representing Shaw):

at sworn deposition with FCC lawyer (Mr. Gastfreund) ask Shaw if she's
taken on a little too much with getting a tv station and her horses,
directing for the University Network, her stamps, her interior
doecorating. She claims she'll give it all up and just be a tv station
owner/broadcaster. "yeah, you betcha I'll give it all up. If I sold
everything (stamps, horses, etc) I'd make alot of money," Shaw tell's
FCC lawyer.

Shaw claims to the FCC she doesn't know anything about Faith Center
losing it's broadcast license. If given a boradcast license, the FCC
wants to know if she will carry "THE DOECTOR IS IN" on her station.
Masry blocks the question in typical lawyer speak about it not being
relevent, but is unsuccessful. Shaw claims she will NOT carry the
"DOCTOR IS IN" because "the quality of the show will go down after she
leaves it as director." A little nugget of that conversation to give
you guys a feel of Christine Shaw, the hopeful TeeVee owner, Here's the
FCc trying to pin Shaw down in the fact that she's a monkey for Gene
Scott:

FCC: (speaking on how the quality of the TV show THE DOCTOR IS IN will
go down once she leaves the post of directing it, so why, oh why, on
earth would she want to AIR it on her new TV station) "Is that right?
have you adviced your co-workers?

SHAW :MY COWORKERS!? my co-workers don't know anything about me and
what I'm doing with my life. MY LIFE IS MY LIFE and it is not their
business what I do?

FCC: Is Dr. Scott your fiance?

MASRY: OBJECTION!

FCC: I have a right to probe this.

MASRY: You do?

FCC: Yes. I Do.

MASRY: On what theroy?

FCC: (to Shaw) Is dr. Scott your fiance?

MASRY: I'm going to object to this.

FCC: You can object.

MASRY: I will hold you in contempt.

FCC: You will hold me in contempt?

MASRY: I will ask that you be held in contempt.

FCC: Goodness.

MASRY: You're harassing this witness.

FCC: Goodness gracious, goodness gracious, Mr. Masry. You don't
seriously expect me to believe you?

and it goes on an on for pages like that. Nobody takes Masry seriously.
what a piece of shit that guy is. Isn't he dead yet. Like Scott, he's
so foul and crooked, I doub't the Earth will accept his corpse
either....

So, the FCC lawyer tries to tie Shaw with being a director or officer
of University Network, OR an officer or director of any of Scott
affliated/front corporations. She claims she's not.
The FCC lawyer presents copys of a Dolores Press, Inc, domestic stock
info listing Shaw.
This confuses her and Masry. The Gig is up for Shaw. No tv station
license (even tho she wasn't gonna put Scott on the air at her station,
you know)...

ENDING NOTES

A process server tries to find the doctor.

During SHAW vs. SCOTT a process derver couldn't reach Scott and had to
sigh a "declaration of due deligence, regarding sevice of process." He
tried 15-20 times between 11/15-18, 1998 without success. he tried at:

580 Madeline drive pasadena (what's this place? anybody know?
Scott's bachalor pad? Luxury apt. or house?)
1615 s. glendale av glendale (this is KH1, right?)

finally process server had to settle on "serving scott" with leaving

Here is the answer on the finder's fee for SOR. Maybe it was the
final payment.
>From the 1994 LA Times article

Scott's second wife, for example, received a $190,000 finder's fee
when
Dr. Gene Scott Inc. purchased the Silver Oaks Ranch in Bradbury. At the
time, Christine Shaw's personal fortune included several million
dollars
worth of horses, stamps, art and vintage cars--the same items
accumulated
by Scott and his church.

For his part, Scott maintains that he has no property, investments,
stocks or bonds and that everything he owns is in the name of the
church.
His contract calls for a $1 annual salary, plus unlimited expenses.

"God knows how much money he has raised over the years soliciting
funds," complains Chuck Dziedzic, the FCC administrator who spearheaded
the
investigation of Scott's church. "We never came close to finding out. I
don't think anybody knows but him."

Hi Mr. X....verrry interesting post here, informative.....now slightly off
the subject, years back (like in the late 70's) we clearly remember Doc
stating that he was "celibate", I thought that meant not having sexual
relations w/anyone......while reading this post, I then remembered when
talking about Catholic priests being "celibate" Doc said that the term
orig. meant unmarried, not sexually inactive......so the laugh is on me
for sure....so he was cohabitating w/Christine, and probably others from
what we read in many posts....also who, if anyone knows, who the lady
reposing on couch in Docs hotel room (DVD Gods Angry Man) is? It isn't
Christine......I must admit, the Doc had us all fooled into believing he
was such an honest, moral, upstanding, etc etc, man of God for a lot of
years.....glad to be out of the 'mindbending" reach of the man....know
several past staffers and their spouses who are still suffering from post
traumatic stress.....amazing what one powerful person can do to someones
life and mind set........amazing, and very scary!!

Werner Herzog's amazing film GOD'S ANGRY MAN was released in 1979/1980.
So it was prbably shot in 1977/78ish so my guess that that attractive
women on the couch is Suzanne Decine, whom Scott fell in love with,
then she married someone else on Scott's staff (david fottit) then
scott threw a hissy, fired 'em, sued 'em then stalked Decine....

Great job X..in the final analysis (and I stress the anal), Doc would argue
that what he did was legal, that as a capitalist he has the right to take
advantage of stupid people.

These people feel no guilt or remorse. Nothing personal, just business.
Thats why i love living in a free country where i can watch the TV show
and give my opinion that Doc and Snagglepussy are lower dregs than dog
shit and that he deserved what he got -- ass cancer.

Further, i don't believe Doc believed in God or any of the esoteric ideas
he preached. It was always about money and pussy. He got both.

Oh yes, I remember Suzanne....and how upset Doc was when she and D. Footitt
married....now I understand why he threw such a fit...he claimed it was
because they were both "staff" and that secrets might be told to each
other re. the running of the church, or something like that.....gosh, what
a mess......the only thing I can be thankful for is that in the very early
days I/we did learn a lot and grow in our faith.....the early teachings
(thankfully we never knew what was going on behind the scenes) were
awsome......real spiritual food to chew on and nourish us.....so in spite
of himself, God did use Doc for some good.

That would be the surname given to them by the federal witness
protection program.

Fascinating revealing reading Mr. X. Where should we send our pay for those
teachings?

Do you surmise Doc was padding Christine's
legitimate earnings to keep her attached to
him, but she amassed enough to go it alone?
Do you think Doc "parked" assets and money
in her name, but then their relationship
fell apart & she knew too much & controlled
too much?

Doc was smart to arrange an offshore marriage,
then have her hold certain assets as a single
woman, perhaps so that whoever went after him
couldn't seize half of identiable assets she
held by virtue of community property.

This is the first really good "stuff" about Doc in weeks. Congrats are in
order. And to think, it's all a public record.

I love the shit about Masry threatening to hold the the FCC attorney in
contempt! What an idiot. First of all, to be held in contempt, you need
to violate a court's order, ruling or instruction. If anything, the FCC
attorney could've made a motion in front of a judge to compel Shaw to
answer the questions and ask for sanctions against Masry for his
"gamesmanship." In the end it didn't matter, Shaw didn't get the license.
The FCC saw through all the b.s.

Nice little gig Shaw had, going for a $20K secretary to a $200K director
in a few short years. Hope the tennis pro's penis was worth it.

What a joke it all was. Why, oh why is a single soul showing up at the
catheater. How can anyone think the Lord's work is being done there?

rpbc, I was there too. If they were not married then why did they filed
Dissolution of Marriage in 1998?

X, did you find a Final Decree re this too?

What you don't understand about this is that it has nothing to do with
Channel 30. Christine was going to get a broadcast license for another
station in another location. That deal did not come to fruition.

Good luck with the video... bet even Christine couldn't get it. L
Also, I thought a marriage was a legal contract, recorded as same.

I was watching that day as well. He made this announcement after an LA

I remember the Sunday when Scott said he was married. When he came on he
was grinning and acting sheepishly. Then he said; There is something I told
you I would never do again. Well I did it. I got married. I don't know if
he mentioned Christine or not, but she was the woman in his life at that
time. I remember along applause of approval by the seals.

Agreed Gondar, definitely a Schedule D activity. If she figured a way
to
get interest or dividends from a stamp collection, more power to her!
Certainly, show winnings wouldn't be Schedule B either.

Mr. X, even though Doc's income was blackened out, could you tell by the
references whether or not it was discussed generally that it was greater
than Shaw's? Could you infer by the
context & arguments whether there was an
allegation or admission that his, respondent's, disposable income or
controlled assets were greater, or perhaps substantially greater, ie
double or more than the petitioner's?

Thank you researcherGuy and Mr. X
for posting Christine's Social Security Number
on the World Wide Web.

It might not be the 'real one', but
then by posting any number like that
shows me your lust for power.

ResearcherGuy, thank you for excellent sleuthing for the enlightenment of
interested posters who have a right to know. Despite the boastful
broadcasting of being open & honest with the
congregation, it is clear that Doc & Mrs Doc
have woven webs of deceit to disguise their
obvious self enrichment motives. Christians seek
the truth. What is or should be done with verified facts is debatable;
ultimately in the
hands of the Lord. Nonetheless, the truth on
important matters of great import to the church & public, needs to come
out. It isn't wise to
make life choices in a vacuum.

But you did spend the time to go down there, and then report back.
I would humbly ask you to withhold Social Security #'s in your future
posts, as there is really no legal use for that information. I would
have to research this point, but you might be breaking California law in
divulging it. Even Christine's privacy needs to be protected from
identity theives. Who knows, someday she might be a valuable asset to
our side. Just food for thought.
