I just checked. Yes, they are adjacent properties.

I am a little disappointed. All together they are ONLY worth about $6
million? I thought it was purchased for $11 million back in the late
'80s?

I'm pretty sure 331 was what wife #2 was
heavily rewarded for "finding". After that?
The King of Mean genes bought-out the neighbors.
One of the trainers told me it was worth $25 million,
if you included the equipment. This was some time ago.

This reminds me of a story eweGene told to
demonstrate how unbelieveably ethical he was.

Fifteen or twenty years ago, he said some
woman wanted to give him a ranch, but only on
the condition that he, eweGene, would own it
personally, not the church.

He said he turned down the offer, because
all property had to be owned by the church.

He was such a Saint. On reflection, I feel
ashamed for my past criticism of the old bastard.

Those properties are empty vessels, borrowed against to the max and
upside down. The money was blown on doctors, fine wine, women, and
lawyers.
