It worked for Scooby Doo, it worked for Garfield, it worked for the
Chipmunks... if by 'worked,' of course, one means the movie made
enough $$ for the studio to try again
Yea, didn't even read the whole thing, half of it was talking about what
actors I have no idea who they are will be in it and some thing about CGI.
A "we're making an animated feature about the Easter Bunny" would have
sufficed.

Saw Scooby Doo, didn't really like it.
Saw Garfield... didn't really like it again...
I was wise enough to not see Alvin and the Chipmunks... call me old
fashioned, whatever.
Something tells me I won't be seeing this one either.
Maybe someone should focus on making a good new movie instead of
releasing the classics as live action or whatnot.
Like, say... how furries are taking over UseNet! Great /nonfiction/
piece there!
Drop Dead, Rabbit!
"The Man Who Came To Dinner" meets "The Santa Clause" meets "Harvey".

The premise was funnier when Family Guy did it. Of course substitute Death
for the Easter Bunny.
You seem to have a stuttering newsreader. ;)
I did manage to catch one commercial for it last weekend. You couldn't tell
much about the movie from just a bunny doing a drum solo. Perhaps Death is
just waiting in the wings for when the movie flops?
Does the short title suggest that there is a contest to see who can use the
best/shortest one word, as typified by "Up"?
Freddy,
"Shrek" was pretty good too.
