One of my friends told me a little about the midwest furcon last year. But I
didn't get to go due to traveling problems at the time. I have a few questions
about it before deciding whether to try for this years furcon or not.

1.) What is it?
2.) Where and when is it?
3.) What's it like (for those who have been to one before)?

Any help you can offer me on this will be greatly appreciated.

them.

Morphicon is in Columbus, Ohio and happens in about a month. They are
about as "little" and "midwest" as you can get. Perhaps that is what they
were describing? Bound to be bigger in it's second year, and I know I'll
be there again.

The two "midwest" sort of cons would be Morphicon (Ohio), and Midwest
Furfest (Chicago). Both of which can be found on the page above. Memphit
Furmeet in Memphis, TN is also sorta in the midwest. MFM and Morphicon are
both fairly new smaller cons and thus easier to socialize at and relax. MFF
(Midwest Furfest) is a good deal larger, more like AC or FC in nature.

Thanks for mentioning the AFCIS and con runners out there, drop me an email
as new cons are starting up all the time and my page is only as good as the
input I get.

I'll be sure to check out the site. I found one that's close to where I live.
The Oklacon which I think my friend went to last year. Thanks for the help.
