You can use a program like NZBGet or SABnzbd. You give it the NZB file
and info about your NNTP server. It'll download all the parts of the
file, decode them, and splice them together.

I think it would be easier if you just uploaded it to IPFS or included
a magnet link from a torrent client. I don't think my news server
supports binary newsgroups.

I included a link to the source on e621; part of the fun was uploading
the binary to the newsgroup. I suppose I could also use IPFS or a
torrent, but that kinda defeats the purpose of the post... if you don't
wanna download from Usenet you can view the source on the Web with
little hassle.
