Leaving Duran Duran isn't the end of the road for
Warren Cuccurullo. The critically acclaimed
guitarist, who started his career with Frank Zappa
before forming Missing Persons, is redefining
boundaries with his groundbreaking new website,
www.cuccurullo.tv.
All Access is the emphasis of www.cuccurullo.tv.
Warren will reveal what other celebrities would never
dare to reveal as he shares every aspect of his life
with members of the club. Eroticism is a key factor,
and every request, whatever the request, will be
considered. He aims to develop an intimacy between
himself and his fans that is unsurpassed by any other
star. There will be regular live chats, regular
question and answer sessions and regular contact on
the message boards. New video clips and music will be
released on a monthly basis.
Visitors will get a chance to purchase items of Duran
Duran era designer clothing that Warren has worn in
videos and on various TV shows. They will also be
able to choose from the back catalog of Warren's solo
CDs. The free area is packed with information and
news from Warren, but those who are willing to pay for
the full experience will get more than they ever
bargained for.
As well as access to monthly downloads and chats,
basic membership also allows visitors to view Warren's
personal photo collection. They can ask him about
anything they wish and questions will be answered on a
weekly basis. The premium membership allows access to
adult and erotic material featuring Warren. Of
particular note is the "Come Clean Q&A" section, which
features Warren answering fan questions in the shower.
Premium members also get entry into the monthly
competitions; prizes include backstage passes, limited
edition CDs and articles of designer clothing from
Warren's wardrobe.
There are many future plans for the site. Radio
Cuccurullo will be launched in August 2001, allowing
members to tune in via the internet and listen to some
of Warren's favorite sounds. Live video webcasts on
location with Warren will commence in September 2001.
Warren is currently in rehearsals with Dale and Terry
Bozzio for the upcoming Missing Persons reunion shows
taking place in California July 17 -20.

I suspect that it will tend to collect far more -- gnats, flies, dust, stray
hairs -- with the spoo on it than without.
