Surely carcinogenesis is more complex than coffee and exercise (if
exercise was important, surely manual workers would do better than
desk workers?)?

The U California at San Francisco Cancer Center has a much more
complex take on nutrition and its role in prostate carcinogenesis. See
http://cancer.ucsf.edu/crc/nutrition_prostate.pdf for its
recommendations to increase consumption of brussels sprouts (and other
crucifers), macadamia nut oil (and other omega 9 oils and omega 3
fatty acids), for example.

Cheers

There's a pretty good correlation between certain... social
diseases... and prostate cancer. I figger that's what got Frank.

Then exercise was a contributing factor.
