Yes, of course it is, The Edgewater Inn.

I stopped in a few years ago, while in Seattle, and they were milking
the fact that The Beatles had stayed at The Edgewater Inn.

Fishing from the Edgewater Inn was subsequently banned.

PS. I spent my first honeymoon nights there.
We had exactly zero time to think about fishing, The 1st Wife & I.

We did manage to come up with other stuff to do there, though.

That article doesn't say that fishing was banned. It says that Led
Zeppelin were banned.

(Did the Edgewater put up a sign reading "No Stairway"?)

Call The Edgewater and ask them how long this No Fishing from our pier
has existed.

It's a motel on a pier plus a parking lot plus a City of Tiny Lights
and Elliot Bay surrounding.

And some other stuff, but you won't find fishing from your Edgewater
motel room on the list of available activities there any more.

Pretty sure none of the motel room windows can be opened there at all
now, not without breaking them.

Did Frank Zappa ever compose any suicide by; cop, train wreck, or
kitchen cleanser songs?

Pondering minds, and all that...
